PropertiesRe: With 2–3m, Which Is Wiser In This Economy; Buy Land Or Start A Business? by Wealthyonos(m): 9:43pm On Nov 29, 2025
Buy a hectare of land in on of those thick villages with about 1million naira.

Use 800k to buy dwarf coconuts (3.5k each) +100k for logistics.

Use the balance left for clearing and other eventualities etc.

After 4 years, (between 150 - 200 coconuts) let's use 150 X 80 fruits each X #500 = #6,000,000 for the first year of harvest. Plus or minus, let's say 5million naira sef. Baba, house rent sef nor fit give you this kind money if u invest 3milla sef.

Come back and thank me later. If you're interested, let me know.

Where to operate? I will look forward to hearing from you.
Life is now simple with google. If you don't know how to cook, employ someone. Liaise with a logistic company and deliver food to anyone who others. Advertisement not to be underrated.

FamilyRe: He Went Abroad And Got Lost by Wealthyonos(m): 12:04am On Nov 28, 2025
Those of you supporting children losing ties with their parents because of one reason or the other should prepare for old age as well, because what you sow, you will surely reap. Somebody travelled abroad and forgot his family totally. Mum and dad died, yet nothing from him. You think he will live happily ever after? Something is wrong somewhere somehow. I can confidently tell you that happiness is far from him.

Bahamas95:
You should be the one to ask elders, you're just arguing blindly.

The fact that you grew up in the village doesn't mean you know everything. Secondly the fact that something is accepted by many doesn't make it right.

I repeat, Okere is not prison in Urhobo. The right word for prison in Urhobo is EGBA. Okere is like a house hold name in Delta that's why people have concluded it means prison.

If someone is taken to Sapele prison for instance it's wrong to say "e murho kpe Okere"

Meet ancestral Urhobo scholars to school you and not papa guys or yahoo papas.

As for the frog I didn't tell you frog isn't called OGORO in Urhobo, I was referring to another specie of frog found in ponds......That one is very small, it's like the size of a cricket. That one is is called OKERE. Go and confirm before arguing.
The founder of Urhobo language, I salute you. Nothing like arguing blindly. We are Urhobos but what you speak in your side of Urhobo may be different from what we speak in my side of Urhobo, that's what you should understand. Uvwondi is another name for prison in my side. I never claimed to have known it all, but you cannot teach me how we speak Urhobo in my community. If you ask anybody from my side, you will hear the same thing. Just accept that we speak slightly different, the Urhobo language. Thank you very much
