Just got denied for 5 different reasons and I felt confident about the application. Where did I go wrong? Please I need help! .

I’m the primary applicant. Got a valid US visa that expires next year, been to the U.K. twice. Submitted letter of introduction from my office (a bank) with my 6 months pay slip. Hubby submitted his own business account statement with about N5Million balance. We have T.Bills of N5Million on our joint account and N3.5Million in my name.
Hubby schooled in the U.K. and has traveled to Germany, SA, on several occasions.
