Hello everyone,
I’m exploring opportunities in the field of mobile app development and wanted to get some career guidance from experienced professionals here.

Currently, I’m connected with a mobile app development company in Kolkata, where I’ve been learning about Android, iOS, and cross-platform app projects. While I’m gaining hands-on experience, I’m also curious about the best ways to grow in this field — whether that’s focusing on a particular tech stack, building my portfolio, or exploring opportunities abroad.

For those of you who are already working in tech or app development:

What skills do you think are most important to succeed in this industry today?

How do you balance working for a company and building your own projects?

Is freelancing a good option for gaining more exposure?

Looking forward to your suggestions and advice!
