This week, let us think and try to make the best use of it. To achieve success at the workplace one needs to be motivated.

Motivation is not a personality trait – Motivation is a psychological factor that is undeniable in any feat or performance. Life is hard in society and achievements are even harder to succeed with. If you cannot control your actions and direct them in the right channels, you’ll never get things done successfully.

Motivation can come from within(the individual) or outside (the organisation). Motivation from within is very important and necessary to achieving success and getting the job done efficiently and effectively. When you are self motivated the work comes easy and you get to enjoy what you are doing.

Here is an idea to explore this week:
The Power of ‘You’
Remember that ‘You’ are the most important aspect of your success. Without your own power of self motivation, you cannot achieve anything. You are your biggest inspiration and your determination is your biggest asset. Whenever you feel alone and incapable, look into ‘You’ for assistance before looking towards friends, colleagues, or family – only then will success find you.

In the end, success is relative so never get de-motivated if your results aren’t equal to or better than others’.

Remember, all that matters is whether you are happy with your achievements. There is always a second try, but never lose faith.

Today is the first day of the eight month and some of us just wonder how d days and months went by so fast. A lot of people who had new year resolutions realize that they have not achieved all they planned to do and the year is gradually coming to an end.
Some people don't even know the direction their lives are going and it seems they have tried everything and are about to give up.
This is just an encouragement that even though things don't look too good now, don't give up. You never can tell if you are close to the end of your struggle. Keep fighting, Keep believing Don't give up!!!
Happy New Month

So many times we struggle with improving the use of our time - offline and online. However, most of our productivity drain is our own doing as the greatest struggle is that of controlling the way we spend our time.

There are several examples of this. Online - You give so much attention to social media as we indulge in quick gists. You spend priceless seconds in our emails perhaps because it makes us feel important and keeps us busy with busy-ness. You waste ridiculous amounts of time doing things that don't really matter because you choose to do them.

Here is an idea to explore as this week comes to an end

Don't do more, Do less - Less is more when you prioritize your tasks.
Learn to start classifying Your To Dos as priorities: A (Critical), B (Important), or C (Everything else). When your As are done, take on the Bs. After a few weeks you learn that you never get to the Cs. And you know what? It never matters. From my experience, what used to be our priorities, the things that make our careers successful and fulfilling, our lives meaningful and happy, have somehow become optional.

In all, our lives have become overloaded and overwhelming. It doesn't have to be that way.

Let's control our priorities
