The Rivers State Governor today 26th May 2020 has cancelled the lockdown around Port Harcourt city and other Rivers LGA’S.

This report was gathered and made available for our news men(GURUS FORUM MEDIA) from his radio broadcast, Nigeria Info 92.3 today Tuesday 26th May at about 5pm.

The Governor went further to say that, all borders around Rivers State (land, sea and air) remains closed till further notice. And warned that, compulsory wearing of Face masks must be put in place and instructed the security operatives to arrest anyone found without his/her Face mask.

Today, the 25th day of May 2020, our news men witnessed the ongoing road construction of Nyebuchi Close/Road One Oroazi.

The road has a link to the major ikwerre road from its start and ebonny road at its end. Alongside, the road has Chief Marcus Street by the right, Chief Jackson by the left and Ogwa Street respectively.

Near to the entrance of the road is the kala market and the kala police station.

We want to use this medium to express our happiness over the development and also thank our good Governor, His Excellency, Hon. Barr. Nyesom, Ezebunwo Wike for this great work and for expanding the beauty of the Rumuepirikom Community, thereby making life more easier for the people with a more motorable road links.

May God continue to bless and strengthen you our Governor (Mr. Project)

It is important to be very vigilant in all dealings because 80% of people talking the talk are not walking the walk.

Those who are making money hardly have time to teach and those spending all their time teaching are probably not making money doing what they are teaching.

You still have to remember that many people are good in teaching. It's 100% possible for someone to teach you a business model and he/she never made one Naira from it because probably the person has not applied it.

Then you that was taught applied it and it starts working for you.

My Oga is an example.
The person that taught me website Designing and online business cannot see my back now in online business and online Earnings because hez not the talk and do type.

Those that are making it online still teach. As long as am not teaching you for free. Why won't I collect the money and teach someone.
That it's paying me does not mean I won't like making extra cash teaching others.
Infant, as its paying me, am charging really good to teach others so that I don't create unnecessary business competitors.

Those that never really learn are those that are not ready to pay for knowledge. And why people must pay is because, there are more to the training in view. When you pay, you have free access to be asking the person teaching you questions and you will be learning.
But when you are searching for free training, the person will not be able to make good time for you. It doesn't work that way.

Well my experience here is quite the opposite of what this people claim to be. Have been seeking a mentor . majority of nairalanders are toxic. Any good person can help me ooo.

Yes, some are hypocrites. Not all.
But the major thing is, are you ready to apply the steps and keep doing the needful to make money online. Online business is not any magic. You must walk the work.

Who is a business person?
A business person is someone who have a skill or someone that sells products.
A business person can still be someone that do affiliate, selling peoples businesses to earn money.
The problem is not that 80% of our masses dont have a business or dont know they can do affiliate with
other peoples business to earn. But the problem is that many people dont know how to market their business to make money.
It still surprise me that majority of Nigerian youths dont know the simple straight truth towards making money on the internet inorder to stick to it and follow it up. No business pays if you dont follow it up. Be it online or offline.

I can remember how often people that knew me as an online business tutor chat me on whatsapp asking me if they can do comment and get paid, ads self clicking and many other irrelevant internet activities that will never amount to one naira than wasting your data and time.

As a business person, you must have a focus, you must set a target and stick at that.
You must understand the power of advert and internet advert for that matter.

I always tell people that There is money in the Lead. Many customers that patronize me may have chatted like amonth ago but turned to customer this month. And why they turned to customer is because i understand the importants of storing leads and following them up until they fully convert to customers.

So, to be making money in any business you are into, you need advert, audience, you need leads, you need the right direction and thats why am making this thread.
