Master, It is important that the person you will be visiting is legally staying in the United states

Thanks. Do you think if someone to be visited is a non immigrant, it can affect someone one is inviting to the usa? For instance, if am a non immigrant with valid student status, will it affect me inviting my aunt over? Or can someone who is a retired citizen invite someone over?

This is IV boss. You really need to confirm if everything was done right starting from petition, filling, tax etc.
I understand how hurtful this delay causes for IR1/CR1 but Just recheck again to see if you guys missed something boss. Atleast the the wait times are better than the family preference immigrant visa,lol

There is the something you didn't do right. Here is a sample of how a group appointment slip looks like for a client of mine. But not to worry just stick to the different profiles for rescheduling which you have there.

I have a few concerns:
1. So for both parents of mine, I chose my dad as principal applicant and added my mum to his visa appointment parole as an additional member. But when trying to book appointments, I have both of them as separate entities on the booking page. I thought I could book both of them for the same time slot but it doesn’t work that way. How do I go about it? Cause I just booked my dad for one date and couldn’t book my mum for the same date and time. On his appointment confirmation letter, it only carries his name only and not both.

2. For an expected travel date for May next year, how many months earlier can one do an interview?

3. Can an already booked appointment be rescheduled?

I will advise you go again. If you ask me I think you need to check and refine your ds160. You sound like the conference will contribute to your career growth and if truly you do not have an intention to overstay then I will advise you try reapplying again while keeping your fingers crossed. This journey is always a 50/50 and na who give up, Bleep up!!

Hi guys ! Your advice is need oo . I want to attend a week summit and not as an avenue to japa but to genuinely attend . However , mid of last month, I was denied at my first ever US interview .. Then I reapplied and went for another interview this morning , only to be denied again after just 2 questions.

Now my question is , is it advisable to try again or just process my refund for the conference ? Conference is june 9th to 13th .

I hail you boss Efe. However @Xplicit007 should first get to check if the appointment has been rescheduled. Greater percentage of those who receive such emails(irrespective of where you applied to be interviewed) end up with a RESCHEDULING. If he is ready for the new interview date then he/she needs to start preparing and putting things in place, if you cannot meet up then reschedule to a date that is okay by you. Hi.

The U.S embassy in Abu Dhabi & The U.S Consulate General in Dubai only release appointments for non immigrant visa interviews Every Friday Morning between 7: 30 a.m. and 11:30 a m. Although they at time release dates outside of these and when they do they send out notification email.

Therefore, ignore the email notification (it's not targeted at you, it's general) and proceed with your normal appointment. Other applicants who need that date will pick it.

Note. Ensure you read the email very well in case your current appointment might have tallied with an holiday or other event . If this is not the case just ignore it. 👍

The May 5 date will not be easy. However, I can get you a date between April - 30th May for a fee. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL ONLY PAY ME AFTER JOB IS DONE.
