MNK has a right to appeal his SHAM trial and SHAM conviction. The judge's constant reference to him as a convict does not make him so. He's the real, corrupt, criminally minded judge who has no morals or principles. MNK is the man he wishes he would become. The fact that he was moved so far away from his appellate jurisdiction before he had exhausted his appeal shows he's being persecuted! So, Mr. Omoto-oshi can hate him all he wants, MNK would come out victorious, and I pray that Nigeria happens to him.

President Tinubu is not a court of law and certainly not the judiciary. The best assistance Gov. Otti can offer his convicted brother is to advise him to remain a law-abiding prisoner for now and seek redress through the proper legal channels. If there are grounds for appeal, let it be taken to the upper courts. Nigeria is governed by law. Justice is not negotiated in private meetings, nor reversed by presidential courtesy. The courtroom remains the only place where convictions are tested and overturned.
