I was the one that referred you to this thread for you to get a device you were seeking for. And why will I do that if am an unsatisfied customer as you've been abusing everybody and spewing trash all over this thread that has lived for long even before nairaland meltdown few months ago??

I've transacted with tyconcepts and even referred my very close buddies outside NL to her and no one complained anyhow and that's why I always vouch for her no matter the bad mouth.

As for the issue that brought about this too much talk on
"Whether tyconcepts offer full warranty on any product or device they sell"

Tyconcepts has explained to you the way her warranty works in the simplest way possible but yet you're the one that fail to understand and grasp the terms and conditions being offered to you.

So far I've never seen someone that deals on product A, B, C etc and is not the manufacturer/wholesaler of any of the products that will offer you full warranty on the product in question when it develops a "factory fault".

That being said, I've seen on this thread where some people having incurred one or two self-inflicted damages have asked her to help them get the said part shipped down here and tyconcepts offered to fix the device for free or either ship it free but anyone it is, its always based on the agreement between both parties.


I'm only writing this long epistle to tell you to be wary of ur words before you attack anyone simply cos you don't understand what the terms being given to you means.

I recently purchased a unit from a friend who bought it but had no network reception of it in his area whereas there's d reception in mine. But when I tried setting it up as in just plugging and booting the decoder, it shows me blank screen and the remote presses doesn't reflect on the tv.

Am thinkng that cos twas registered in a different state, does it have such effect? Or is the decoder not good?

I lost ma dad in ma 2nd month in 2nd in Medical school but today I've graduated and currently serving. Twasnt easy but with determination and focus its achievable.

The loss of a father in family isn't always easy for the 1st born esp males but its not the end of the road as you can still achieve what you want to in life...only that it might now take longer time

being the first boy is a great challenge especially if ur family is not wealthy and u lose ur dad at a young age and ur oda relatives are not cooperative. also bin d first boy makes u the arrow head of d family and u are the target of spiritual and dibolical attacks. thats why some first born boys are made useless in life.

When a first born is a male child and unfortunately the family loses the dad, all eyes turns to the first born to manage their affairs and stitch it together for everyone.

So first born sons always have a major burden to take care of atyms
