I recently got PR and will be arriving in January.

Please aside shipping some of my things, how else can one send this to Canada to avoid payment for extra luggage at the airport?

This NOC issue can lead to a 5 year ban if not addressed properly!!
He knows and that’s why he’s seeking for help here. This is not the time to start making people feel bad the more. We all know what it means to get an ITA this days

.
1. Gift deed – Your brother (donor) initiates it. You can sign virtually (scanned signature).

2. Notarization – Not mandatory but strongly recommended.

3. Proof of transfer – Yes, attach the transfer slip from his bank.

4. Travel history – Yes, declare Ghana since your passport was stamped.

5. Keep your company’s real title (Bank Branch Accountant) but ensure duties match your chosen NOC. No need to change the NOC if job duties align
Thank you 🙏

I recently receive ITA and I'm getting my documents ready, pease I have a couple of questions
1. For my POF, my brother is gifting me the money and we live in the same country but different state. Which of us can initiate the gift deed and can I sign virtually since our locations are far from each other?
2. Do I need to notorize my gift deed?
3. Do I need to attach a proof of bank transfer from my Donor's (my brother) bank app
4. I have travelled from Togo to Senegal by road and my passport was stamped at Ghana, but I didn't sleepover at Ghana. Should I declare Ghana under my travel history as well? Thank you

5. Lastly, and importantly: I selected Financial Auditors and Accountants as my job role since it is the closest match to my actual position at work. However, the reference letter from my organization lists my job title as Bank Branch Accountant. The job description in the letter, though, aligns with the NOC I chose on the IRCC portal. Should I update my job role on my Express Entry profile to Bank Branch Accountant?

Thank you so much

jedisco:
Congrats!

I believe that should be 'no' except your application was via IRCC.
If you tick yes, they'd ask for further details. It appears they ask so as to link all your previous applications together should they need to clarify some bits.
When I did mine, I had applied for a visit visa the year before so ticked yes.

Good day. Got ITA 2 days ago, I am working on my application and there is a place that says 'Have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?' I have applied for Quebec but didn’t get a nomination to apply for federal; it was declined. Please, how do I answer this part of the question?

Dear seniors please help respond if you have an idea.

My friend wants to apply through pr because he is a francophone, but he is scared because he has hepatitis B for over 5 years now. He goes for liver and other checks twice a year and all his organs and everything is fine. Please will he be rejected based on hepatitis?

Please any information on this will be highly appreciated

Perezzoe:
Good morning,

I will check my mail.

Just as #Aurorae1 said, 'he belongs to a Telegram group where French is spoken every evening.' Why not we join the Telegram group to connect with a large pool of French speakers? This will help us stay updated on the language and provide an opportunity for practice.

Once we have those who are interested on this trend , either our boss or anyone else can create the WhatsApp group.

I believe we should follow due process before creating a WhatsApp group chat, considering we have leaders who pioneered this trend."

Boss this french journey must work 😊😊
