if you are not useless, stupid or mischievous you should know that the supreme court pronouncement is absolute, but that doesn't mean it's not fallable or if judgements are made with I'll faith and bad will with personal interests, such pronouncement is recommended for review and possibly abolishment of what was reached before, that's simply what the panel is demanding, you can't use your political interests to destroy and cripple a state where the resources are the back bone of the country...
