How are you able to go to the portal? What site did you use?

I heard some people received badges for the process monitoring stage of the SHL assessment (for engineering candidates). Did anyone get this badge at the end and what does it mean?

To be sincere, it is all about balance. I don't think expect that you tick all their boxes. I chose office politics in some instances, I wasn't even thinking in direction of being manipulative. Mine was more of strategic(visibility in the office, positioning yourself out there, not falling into traps). I didn't even think of the manipulative aspect. Was it general to receive a badge after the process monitoring test?

Truth be told, after the test, you can't be sure if you're moving to the next stage.

When you say "first test", are you referring to first batch or second batch. And how does rewriting a test help sieve out competencies required.

Corporatehitman:
I guess the first test did not measure all the competencies they needed. An average of the 1st and 2nd assessments may be used to progress applicants to the next stage.

I thought it was supposed to be assessment interview, seems things have changed.

Were you guys able to complete the 18 questions under 20minutes?

Click on request permission and try to record yourself. It is just a trial and you are the only one that can view the recording for this. It is not a part of the interview
