Ok, so I just did the darndest thing sending $200 PayPal to Kayjegs (The dude buying @ N336) with email as our only means of correspondence!
I've always thought myself to be risk averse so sending $200 to someone with no identity other than an email and a Nairaland alias had to be quite silly but the false security of PayPal's GnS, buyer protection and chargeback and well, it was just $200 made me drop my fears a little bit and send to the mysterious guy with little or no real security. And it _almost didn't end well.

This is not an endorsement or the opposite, I took a calculated risk and every other person should weigh their risk before choosing whom to deal with. My trade came through after loads of back and forth. The back and forth lasted the whole of one hour and you know how it feels when something you can't see is already shouting "you've been scammed" in your ears. The one hour was characterized by what I thought were unnecessary back and forth. "PayPal's GnS charges are sometimes high, I can't buy @ 336 as agreed I need a safety net, then the charges are higher than I envisaged, I'll have to reduce the price even more, then another round of back and forth over account names, over him being busy doing something ..., all these while that thing was still shouting "you're being conned" more loudly with each passing minute! All that were probably nothing but genuine delays but I was probably paranoid and each round of delay made it even worse. But the deal did come through and I received the alert after one hour and just after I'd filed a dispute with Paypal which had to be cancelled as soon as I received the alert. Dude is maybe a honest guy with probably good intentions but as for me, not sure I'll be dealing again. Make $200 no go give me high BP.

Yes, used to attend one in Warri. It's actually called the Warri School of Accountancy and it is run by a certain S. Odogun with their office in an old storey building before Third Marine Gate (before Deco junction). They used to have a huge noticeboard so I don't think you'll miss it. If you're heading towards Deco junction from the Enerhen end, the building is by your right and has a very steep outlying staircase in front of it and it's before Third Marine Gate junction.
The classes holds on weekends at Word of Faith Schools in Jakpa Road Effurun. I think they commence classes around February.
