Over the weekend, social media went buzzing with news of a reported beef between Davido and Ice Prince at the Delta Alive concert organised by Quilox boss, Shina Peller.


While Davido and Ice Prince have declined to comment on the issue, LIB was able to get an exclusive chat with Shina Peller, the event organiser who narrated how it all went down.
According to him, ‘Ok here’s what really happened, my arrangement for the concert was to have a tour bus, so there was no time when anyone had a saloon car. It was a tour bus which everybody was in including myself, my artistes, Lil Kesh, CDQ and everyone just so we are all together to have fun but along the line i found out that Davido had some friends in Warri.


Davido was in the same bus with us from the airport to the hotel, he used the same bus from the hotel to Quest FM where we went for an interview before the show. It was at Quest FM his friends came to pick him with a white G-Wagon, I don’t even know the owner of the G-Wagon. So he was in his friend’s G-Wagon from the radio station to the event venue so it wasn’t an issue at all’.


LIB also asked him about the issue of performance hierarchy that we learnt got Ice Prince angry because he performed before Lil Kesh and he said, ‘now let me shock you, my artiste ‘Base One’ even performed after Lil kesh, so there was no superiority or hierarchy involved, I just wanted it to be a random event flow. The event even had two of my waiters at Quilox that sings I got them to perform at the show and we’ll still do 3 more of the event before the year runs out’.
He also commented on the issue of both artiste leaving delta State airport in different lounges because of the beef, ‘when we were coming back to Lagos, It was Ice Prince that got to be at the VIP lounge, myself, Davido, Lil Kesh and others where outside in a shed with just a standing fan. really it’s all one family everything is resolved now.


The only thing that got Davido upset is the fact that he felt Ice Prince was being disrespectful to me not even to him because even Davido didn’t complain about any of the logistics issue it was Ice Prince that complained a little that’s all’.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé are finally honing in on a mega mansion in Bel Air, California.

According to reports, Jay-Z and Beyonce have put in a massive $120 million bid in for the estate, as they prepare to welcome a set of twins this summer.
Jay-Z and Beyoncé are taking their family’s security serious.


The 30,000 square-foot mansion sits on over 2 acres of land atop a hill, which is lined with metal security gates as an extra precaution against an overzealous intruder.
If all else fails, their new mega mansion comes complete with bulletproof windows.


Some of the other amenities inside of the eight-bedroom, 11 bathroom mansion include a 15-car garage, recording studios, and four pools.
The Carter’s have been eyeing pricey real estate in Bel Air for years.


They moved into the area in October, when it was revealed they were renting a mansion for $120,000 a month, after being outbid by designer, Tom Ford.
The married couple has one daughter, Blue Ivy and is preparing for a pair of twin newborns who will be welcomed into the family around July.

Putting an end to rumours that he is being pressured by family members to settle down and that he plans on getting married latest next year, the CEO of Twentieth September Wear simply said, “Nothing like that my brother.”
Recently the singer has been accused of featuring young rave of the moment artistes to stay relevant. When ask the question, he said that he was adding value to their career by featuring them .


“Such a person who says I feature rave of the moment artistes to stay afloat in the music industry, knows nothing about entertainment and especially about Ruggedman. From my first album, I have worked with both known and unknown artistes, young and old. I work with people if I see they have talent and I believe my working with them will add value to their career,” he said.


Speaking on his appointment as the director of communication at PMAN and how it is affecting his career, the rapper noted that his appointment at the agency had no adverse effect on his career because he has always been good at multitasking. He also hinted that he would drop an album this year.
“It has not been easy but I am used to multitasking. I run my label and my clothing line on my own. So adding my PMAN role is not too much of a big deal. It is just an extra project. The passion I have for entertainment and the fight to get artistes their royalty is part of what is motivating me.


“Tekno is yet to release an album, is his music suffering? I slowed down on music to kick off my Twentieth September Wears clothing line because when I put it in the hands of people, they messed a lot up
and over charge me on a lot of stuff,” he said.
