Just another early morning appetizer to put us in the right spiritual frequency before worship.

From out of the heart comes evil thoughts. It is even better to act out and speak out of evil intentions than to harbour it inwardly, until it becomes toxic within and venom when the person breaths it out. This was highlighted so well by Jesus Christ, as he explained to his followers how human corruption and wrongdoing originates from within a person’s inner being. It was evil thoughts harboured by the daughter of Saul, Michal, that made her to speak folly against the anointed one of God, King David. David’s wife Michal didn’t appreciate David’s exuberant worship. She felt it wasn’t dignified for the king of Israel to express his emotions before God. Her reward for her utterance was bareness.

An outcome I will not wish on my worst enemy. In like manner, King Herod was caught in a web of foolish oaths and a manipulative family member’s request. Leading him to execute and behead a righteous prophet to save face. What will prompt a person to kill another person because they want to prioritize public image and approval over what is morally right.

The heart of man is full of evil. The human capacity for wrongdoing can sometimes be mind-blowing. This is the reason a true believer must ask for a renewal of the spirit man and the cleansing of the heart inside out, by the redeeming blood of Jesus Christ on a daily basis.

Ps 51:10
Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

A clean heart is produced by a RIGHT spirit. God loves a clean heart. Only those with clean hands and a pure heart shall receive blessing and the right things they need from the Lord. (Ps 24:5). Because with the right spirit, such believers delight in the LAW of the Lord and try their best to meditate on God’s words day and night (Ps 1:2). But not so is it with those with evil thoughts. Like chaff which the wind drives away shall be their lot. Like a dry wood, burnt by fire and turned into ashes shall be their END. Like a flower here today and gone tomorrow applies to them. But the righteous in Christ rise up and stand firm in spirit and in truth. For whenever the righteous call upon their God, the answer to their request is instant (Ps 20:9)

PRAYER
As we step into the sabbath day in peace with our God. SURELY, goodness and mercy of the Lord shall follow us into the new week and our joy shall be full. Amen IJCMN.

Man has nothing to give in exchange cos man is naked and naked shall he return. All of ya chasing after monies and materials, be wise and do it with caution and also with the fear of God. All the monies and cars ain't going with u to the other side.

Its not about Christian ticket but having the fear of God. You can be a Christian and still lacking the fear of God resulting into Embezzlement, immorality, Greed etc.

Having a relationship with Jesus is good, however the hard but Gospel truth is, that alone may not be enough to save a soul from hell as many claim.

That's if we choose to go by the teachings of Jesus.

But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

Now the people Jesus spake about on this occasion, weren't strangers but people who had a relationship with Jesus, but thought that alone was enough to be acknowledged and saved by Him.

However Jesus said He would not acknowledge them but tell them, "depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity".

Therefore having a relationship with Jesus, eating and drinking with Him, calling Him 'Lord", praying to Him and speaking in tongues etc., wouldn't be enough to save anyone from hell, if the person continues to work iniquity or live a sinful life.
