I have received my visa already but when they sent my documents the SL was missing and i have mailed them but no response from them.

Is it normal for embassy to hold on to SL after issuing visa ? This happened to me as i have received my visa but my SL is still with them

Please who is studying or going to Bonn this winter. I need someone to travel with
