IyfeNamikaze:bro this should be common knowledge by now on a lazy site like nairaland where one can create many usernames. These APC guys have been liking their own comments for long, so don't be moved |
Imagine a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria doesn't know that there is high inflation How insensitive can man be to man Then he will tell you to be patient. Patient for what exactly? When you don't even know the inflation rate. |
Their Oga at the top don already yan say "Na Statistics we go chop", so no wonder he is disagreeing with figures and doesn't have his own figures |
Funny video of an APC senator saying he disagrees with the inflation rate in the 30s % When asked what the current inflation rate is, he responded saying that he doesn't know but it is not as high as that chai

NO PLACE LIKE HOME DUDE That's why Tinubu flies out to London and France when he wants to do health checkup REALLY, THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME FOR REALS That's why Tinubu's compound has been guarded by a retinue of police officers for decades, and his movements have been in convoys armed to the teeth. SO PLEASE COME BACK HOME |
Tellmeastory:I opened a thread advocating for Birth and Population control in Nigeria, and here is another Nigerian, using a huge unproductive population to brag. How is it that people can see the same situation so differently? Dude, don't you see the amount of beggers, or huslers on the streets? Don't you see the multitude of children hanging on cars just to get some change that might not now even be enough to get a bottle of water? Duuuuuuude What is wrong with us? Shouldn't we be preaching lower population and caring for the children we have? wtf is going on in this country? |
So you understand the math behind what 160 million naira can get you, I have attached the price of a 500 watt solar panel from Jumia The 500 Watt panel from Jumia is priced at 150 thousand naira. 160 million / 150 thousand = 1066 solar panels 500watts. How much power then can we potentially get from one thousand and sixty six 500 watt solar panels? 1066 X 500watts = 533,000 watts or 533KW Couldn't a University or Hospital use this 533KW worth of Power? Maybe powering critical learning or medical components, or base loads in those facilities? Instead, it's spend on an SUV for a freaking Senator and that's just ONE FREAKING SENATOR Then they now tell us that we don't have money, like how da fkkk are we gonna have money when you are buying SUVs for yourselves not to talk of the ones we don't even know about. They just don't care, all of them that didn't speak out against this, whether LPDPAPC

8 years of Buhari gone just like that Some also want 8 years of Tinubu That same road, still bad after decades That same Electricity, would your children still shout "up nepa" Would we have a Nigeria that works in our Life time? WHY ARE NIGERIANS SO COMFORTABLE GIVING AWAY THEIR TIME TO CROOKED POLITICIANS THAT BUY 160 MILLION SUV AND TELL YOU THE ROAD IS BAD? |
Boomboost:Isn't this false though, according to the topic? |
There are 109 Senators If we pay them 3 million a month, that would be 3.9 Billion per Year. We could then also allocate another 3.9 billion as a safety buffer, for miscellaneous. Total budget: 7.8 billion Naira So why then does the Senate need a budget of about 70 billion or so? |
Depriest2020:How exactly are Catholics against Birth Control? It would be hypocritical for quote God saying, "go out and multiply", without implicitly understanding that God the father, would want you to care for those children just as he cares for you. So, to imply that one can be careless in birthing and abandoning children is in line with Gods will is wrong. We need to act quickly, because the situation is getting out of hand. |
flokii:Bro, we must find moral leaders that would damn the consequences. It is so sad yo! Sometimes, like you'd be having a good day, or a great day even, then you pull up to a junction and you look out the window and see kids in rags begging, people looking so skinny - the type of skinny that overweight people would be running on a treadmill for YEARS to hit. Even if I give some kid on the street N1k, I'm thinking to myself, then what after that 1k is done, but then again I think okay at least give, but then again I think am I encouraging more kids to leave school by giving. Then the guys that just stay on the street from morning till night. I know even some of us that claim to be intellectual, as per using computers and stuff, also have days, weeks.. maybe, that we just stay lazy and do nothing, maybe watching shows, but you have to admit that the potential to learn is higher being that you are comfortable with a laptop and internet vs just sitting outside under a tree. Maybe you'd stumble on some new knowledge that you might even take for granted, or some quick "how to" post on X that changes that way you use toothpaste for instance... Obviously, we also have the focused intellectuals with Laptops that are learning rapidly and trying to improve their skills to improve their earning potential. I'm just saying that even some of us lazy folks would still acquire knowledge compared to folks that just sit down under a tree in their multitude, doing nothing but gisting and maybe hoping for some drama on the streets that they could partake in. Seems to be why when your car breaks down, like in Lagos where I live for instance, boys just start springing out of seemingly nowhere, not to help oo, but to ask for money. As a bare min solution, we should have a STRICT LAW THAT BANS CHILDREN BEGGING ON THE STREETS OF NIGERIA. Any child seen begging should be taken away from the parents and placed in foster homes that are funded by both the private sector and the government. |
Depriest2020:How do the Catholic see birth control as a sin? |
When you drive around town in states in Nigeria and your mind isn't super busy, you might notice along the scenery, so many Nigerians that look seemingly dejected. You might come across a scene of multiple men just hanging about all day by the roadside. You might come across lots and lots of children that should be in schools in tattered clothing and the likes. I often wonder, what if that were me? What if my parents gave birth to me and just left me to fend for myself, how would I cope? How would I build myself? Would I even have the mental capacity to think my way out of the box of my neglected upbringing? Let us try to make our voices louder in Nigeria for family planning and birth control. We need to push this to the leaders somehow. It is not okay to just have so many children that one doesn't intend to fend for, it's not okay at all Nigeria. |
Alwasy remember, that your Senators bought vehicles worth 160 million. With the money for each vehicle, I can sponsor the top 10 graduates across the country in some research fields. With the money for each vehicle, I can install solar panels in one university with a capacity of 640KW, 640,000Watts. ... |
You'd think the President by now would have a Q and A about the economy, so Nigerians can be carried along with any plans, but alas, that is not the case. Ever since GEJ, Presidents Buhari and Tinubu have set the bar super low when it comes to the basics of leadership, like communication with those being led. It's a shame really. |
He said APC can reverse this

BiafIntel:I do NOT believe in Nigeria, get that straight. Even the Tower of Babel illustrates why unity of purpose is important to achieve lofty goals. However, that's not to say while Nigeria exists, we don't deserve good leaders. You'd hear some people say stupid stuff like "Even Jesus can't fix Nigeria...", like imagine. You people have put coup plotters and forgers there, you've gone as far as to say NEPA bill is okay instead of qualifications. Then the audacity to skip over normal people all the way to Jesus like, you skip pass Fashola, Iweala, Elon Musk, all the way to Jesus, when na only Barabas una dey employ as Leaders. Meeeeeeeen Even GEJ was kind enough to initiate a National Conference, so we decide how we live together. Another kind president could have even taken this further, as GEJ was against the breakup of Nigeria. Point is, we need good, kind, God-Fearing leaders, whether in One Nigeria or not. |
SeeWahala:toh toh toh, like sheep in pain |
SeeWahala:Exactly They make it so obvious, like Helinues would say "Eggs are not for the Poor" and he will get the most likes, chai |
The well of hypocrisy for this APC guys is deeper than that Sparta well |
Another one ooo They are protesting to say that protesting is not allowed, hehe ![]()
|
Imagine protesting to say that protesting is not allowed ![]() Na wa for Black Man sha ![]() THE APC guy that posted this comment with this pic on another thread gave himself 70 fake likes. Thank God we know it's fake likes, because that would be a huge indictment to the level of intelligence of nairalanders, chai
|
Goodvibes007:Imaging people PROTESTING TO SAY THAT PROTESTING IS NOT ALLOWED shaking my head for Africa men 70 + FAKE LIKES on this comment by the way, chai
|
dumahi:That's the point, if the North or wherever had their own nation, then there would be no other tribe or people to blame. The people would all unite and put their leaders on their toes. So, you won't be planning to install some criminal, by blaming another criminal from another tribe, making the people to fall back to tribal sentiments, while blinding them to logic. |
Nigeria is perfectly described by this picture below. Rowing in different directions, thus remaining in limbo, not Limpopo oo, at least there is joy in Limpopo
|
There is like daily evidence that this nation should not be one But somehow, Nigerians are still willing to kill other blacks from other tribes to force them to remain in a nation that the white man (British) created. |
So, in essence, everyone should protect their own criminals? Then you'd still want Nigeria to progress? A Nigeria that allows criminals to pillage due to the backings of their tribes? Chai. God, please come to our aid, amen! |
See how the site is just dying Even with their fake likes, they only get like 30 or less than 100 of their fake accounts to fake like Compare that to Twitter or X Not only does X have real likes in the thousands, but they also pay, so one must provide value beyond bigotry. Another reason I always advice sane minds to boycott Reno on X, cause your only making him money by responding to his hate filled threads against only one Nigerian tribe. |
