Any person looking for his birth cert should use a court affidavit of declaration of age..and if you are searching for state of origin..u can go to a liaison office of your state in any state you are in Nigeria..it costs around 2000 naira to get it..u dnt need to travel all the way down to your local government to get it.. it can be gotten anywhere..
