What kind of dermatitis is it? Is it in one location only? If it is, I suggest you try a series of chemical peels.

If it is not, then you may need to get a dermatitis cream for it.e.g BiON dermatitis cream Or any medicated cream with zinc in it.

Maybe your friend does not go to the right place, moreover ASUU strike does not hinder admission processing it will be adverse-able to check by yourself
