Family / Re: Am I Being Unreasonable Or Is My Wife Selfish? by whitebeard(m): 10:27am On Sep 17, 2023
Op this isn't a matter of your wife's selfishness, remove that part.

Thing is your wife, she has quite an interesting perception of things. She has a chance to inherit a firm or be a major stakeholder at another but instead she chooses to apply for low paying job.

This is about a matter of person, honestly you guys need to sit down and have "the talk" of this issue.

Ask her why, she prolly has a reason, maybe she wants to develop herself on her own, whatever the reason she gives, OP listen and you two should work on it, I am sensing both of you will have to make a compromise here if she still insist on applying for those jobs.

Have the talk, get a clear picture of her perception first, that's the first step.

Frustrated Russia
They are fighting out of exhaustion
There’s a reason countries like Russia and China will never be word power. They are isolated with few friends and lack diversity and Liberty

And that’s why Liberty will always win. Everyone wants freedom, the western Allies promise liberty and they give diversity and inclusion

Death to Russia and China. May frustration ruin them, may isolation destroy them. May they self destruct

For those people supporting them, we know that US denied them visa, and they are pained
yet russia and china are both considered world super powers. You can add india to the mix too..if those 3 nations decide to unite and start a war. Nothing on this planet earth would be able to stand in their way.

LOL, allowances, I thought as much. Whenever the government put allowances in your salary structure, just have it in mind that they won't pay.

LOL, only ASUU people would go on several months strike because of things like this. Mumu people that want to be earning this salaries in dollars, like their colleagues in US, the Government is paying you your salary, why can't you just continue teaching, and hope Nigeria develop as a whole, or is university/tertiary institutions or education sector the only sector in the country, or you feel other sectors are massively developed and paid well. We all should be patient and hope for a better Nigeria, instead of drawing is back with mumuness. If anyone should be on strike right now, it should be the nurses.
the moment people like u think they can post rubbish like this and feel like they are making sense is the moment u know the country is doomed.

.
For practical technical courses that required experienced tutors to teach advance concept s, who will train the students,?...who will handle practicals
E.g Most of Nigerian medical consultant are leaving, my uncle is one, if experienced consultant and specialist leaves, Believe u me, ur next generation of consultant will be trained by half baked doctors, they won't be competent and that's disaster to medical field....that's the problem with knowledge transfer that will Ensue...
the matter just tire me and I am pretty sure the the person that posted that rubbish is a student that would still end up voting for tinubu, it only shows are badly the future of this country has been compromised. Best bet is too leave.

Very childish Man, he doesn't care about rectitude and protocols in such event.

Biden sat down by himself in that particular chair, the same with other leaders.
He could have gone to the front row if he wanted to, but he's not an attention seeking freak like Donald trump.

I can't wait to see Donald trump in prison, he should also be barred from holding any public office for the rest of his miserable life.

This man tried so hard to destabilise US democracy and he's still doing it, he embraced US foes and pushed allies away.
Maga republicans led by Donald trump are hellbent on destroying USA, they are the greatest threat to America today, not Russia and China.

For nigerians admiring such racist and white supremacist, you all should be ashamed of yourselves
anything that ruins america is welcomed, do u think we don't know all these, we want america to fall and that's why we support trump, damn it..!

Some of these students, eeeh, ethno-religious bigotry shall still drive them into voting APC or PDP- two sides of the same coin- in 2023 presidential election.
The two parties have entrenched ASUU strikes as a norm for Nigeria.

In better climes, none of them will vote APC or PDP. They will vote another political party for a trial period to see if there can be better.
honestly u would still see students in that crowd that would vote for APC.

follow UJu go collect the crown na..! Cause the world revolves around you two...the fccking monarch of a country did wat she did for the betterment of her country, it no new thing, since ancient times, nations have conquered nations, see russia vs ukraine, honestly if I happen to become nigerian president I would most likely invade ghana, CAR or south africa...cause they have wat I need and I am not willing to buy.
