2. LEMON JUICE

Lemon juice cures acne by reducing inflammation
and swelling.Fresh lemon juice should be used
inorder to have a better result .

Method
- Extract the juice of lemon into a small bowl ,Use
a very soft cotton and dip it into the juice and then
apply it to the affected areas.

- You can leave it overnight and then wash off in
the next morning.

3. TOOTHPASTE

Toothpaste is a great remedy for acne because of
it's anti-bacterial properties which has the ability
to to get rid of the bacteria causing the acne.

Method
-Simply rub it on your face at night and leave it till
the next morning when you will wash it off and see
the positive results.

4. ICE BLOCK/CUBES

Ice can be a helpful remedy to cure acne,it helps to
reduce inflammation and kill bacterias.This can
provide a soothing and fast relief for acne.

Method
- Simply rub an ice on the affected areas and
behold it's positive result.

5. ORANGE JUICE

Orange contains a good quantity of acidic contents
which can get rid of acne .

Method
- Use a soft cotton and dip it inside a cup or bowl
of juice and apply it on the affected spots.

- Wash it off after 30 minutes , and see its
positive results.

6. ALOE VERA

Aloe vera gel is made up of anti-bacterial and anti-
inflammatory properties which makes is a very
effective remedy for acne.

Method
- Apply the aloe vera gel directly to thw affected
areas,you will be thrilled with the results.

7. GARLIC

Garlic is a highly anti-inflammatory substance
which can be a perfect and suitable remedy for
acne .

Method
- Grind 2-3 cloves of garlic and mix it with water.

- Apply directly on the affected areas .

CONCLUSION

All these above remedies work perfectly,just
choose the one that will suit you and do it.

NOTE: In order to help yourself get rid of acne, dont
pop or scratch it,because the more you do it the
more it maximizes.
