In each sector, private ownership has eliminated corruption. This has been a 20 year real life experiment and it has worked.

Julius Nyerere was renowned as one of the most honest and sacrificial leaders in THE WORLD. He died poor. He led the nation of Tanzania to independence. And he made his country poorer than he found it. How?

He led the adoption of a SOCIALIST model of government, I think it's called ujaamaa or something. Go look it up and read the very interesting history of that era.

A large amount of our crude had already been contracted/sold long ago, long before Dangote refinery was completed. We can't afford to default the contractual aggrements with our foreign clients. Supply of crude would have to be resolved on a negotiation table with lots of concessions involved.
