This road was constructed from OBJ through Jonathan regime and completed...

Some parts went bad including Upper Iweka end of the same road...and hasn't been repaired....Ask anyone to do video of this road from Upper Iweka axis....very impassable road

They mentioned it that , any good roads in Anambra were built by ngige. Mocking Peter obi then governor.
Now this road was supposed to be done by a councillor you are happily accredited it to Mr obi?

Ngige built Solid roads using known companies.... Peter Obi built roads using both known and unknown companies while some of his roads like Upper Iweka on Enugu Onitsha expressway are superior to what ngige delivered; some like Aguluezechukwu/Ajalli road are not up to ngige standard though they're still standing with no potholes till date....

Finally, councillors don't do roads....check their constitutional responsibilities or allocation vis a vis cost of road construction
