Directing the FCT minister to use state generated funds for funding a secretariat for APC is illegal.

The funds are sourced from every Nigerian and many Nigerians are non-APC. If APC needs a secretariat they can organise a fund-raiser for that.

It is embezzlement to use Nigeria's money and resources for partisan expenses.
