Anyway, protected or not, sex and orgasm do cause a release of endorphins, the "happiness" brain hormone that 'brings' the good mood.

Even more important is the fact that sex strengthens the bound of the couple, self esteem, positive thinking and optimism.

A 2007 British research proved that sex is better than money in making you happy, and being sexually active indeed brings a happy life. But more financial power doesn't bring you more sex.

Sex "enters so strongly (and) positively in happiness equations" that a higher frequency of sexual contacts from once monthly to once weekly is similar to the happiness level increase brought by an additional $50,000 in income for the average American. The happiest individuals were those getting the most and regular sex: married people, or those involved in a relationship, who declared 30% more sexual activity than bachelors. A stable marriage was figured out to bring the same happiness levels provoked by an extra $100,000 earning annually, while divorce was equivalent to a happiness decrease of $66,000 each year.

Psychologists already knew that happy people are usually more sexually active, and many studies confirmed that people who are depressed have less sex. It is sure that mind and sex fuel each other.

A former director of finance and account for the Nigerian Air Force has narrated how former Chief of Air Staff, Alex Badeh, authorised his aide each month to convert over N558 million stolen government money to United States Dollars.
Salisu Abdullahi, a retired Air Commodore and former director of finance and account, told a court that the man who converted the money monthly was brought in solely for that purpose.
Mr. Badeh is facing trial at the Federal High Court, Abuja, on allegations of fraud.
Mr. Abdullahi, who is a witness, had told the court during his examination that Mr. Badeh personally received over N558 million monthly.
The money was balance after payment of monthly salaries to Air Force personnel.
“Out of the balance of N1.6 to N1.7 billion, the sum of N558 million was taken to Mr. Badeh’s personal residence at Niger Barracks after it is exchanged to dollar,” Mr. Abdullahi stated.
Mr. Abdullahi further stated during cross-examination that the officer in charge of the said conversion of Nigerian currency into US dollars for Mr. Badeh, identified simply as Group Captain Sini, was ordered to be brought to his (Mr. Abdullahi’s) office where Mr. Sini’s main responsibility was to convert the said sum, on a monthly basis.
The dollars were handed over Mr. Abdullahi who took it to his principal.

Mr. Abdullahi said the Deputy Director of Finance at the NAF Head Quarters was directly responsible for distribution of funds. He said merely made inputs.
“I was in charge of the Finances of the entire NAF, not my own office,” Mr. Abdullahi stated during cross examination.
Mr. Abdullahi had stated during his cross-examination that Mr. Badeh received the controversial monthly sum of N558 million without accounting for same.
According to Mr. Abdullahi, Mr. Badeh never confirmed in writing, the receipt of the controversial sum of N558 million which was taken to his (Mr. Badeh’s) residence personally by Mr. Abdullahi.
“The only instruction he gives in writing are those requests forwarded in writing from branches and units for approval”, he stated.
He also gave a list of landed properties allegedly bought by the fomer Chief of Air staff with funds alleged to have been fraudulently diverted while he was head of the NAF.
The case was adjourned till April 19 for continuation of trial.

If someone can hide 2 billion pension fund in his ceiling and was discovered and another could build a soakaway to hide stupendous amount of money, my brother, the rot in the system is unquantifiable. They race against one another in looting this country, they compete in displaying what they worth without working for it. They aspire to be ranked as rich African men, they target having private jets, mansions, several estates, drinking the most expensive wines and liquors and strive to have concubines in every country of the world. They are inhuman and devilish and can do anything to achieve their quest for riches.

Guess you have not being following this story. Alex Badeh is just one of several Chief of Air staff, several of the Air Chiefs have been receiving the said amount on a regular basis before now and possibly the current Air Chief is receiving same. So the President and EFCC need to let us know what is the truth of the situation before now and now. It tell the whole Nation how easy and cheap it is for public funds to be squandered easily.
The worst part of the whole story is a similar scenario is possibly playing itself out in the Nigerian Army , Navy .Police and the DSS. know why these are structured Organisation where the norm is obedience without asking why. Hence staff benefits are denied them without baiting an eye lid.

Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Mr. Ibrahim Magu, yesterday said the agency will get to the roots of the $180million Halliburton scandal and other outstanding corruption cases.
Magu, who spoke when the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee on Corruption, Prof. Itse Sagay (SAN) and members visited the commission, said the EFCC is getting back the confidence of the people.
He said: “We are restructuring the operations aspect of the Commission and weeding out the bad eggs. We are also carrying the anti-corruption crusade to the grassroots.”
“The efforts of the agency are yielding results. We are determined to get to the root of major corruption cases in the country, including the Halliburton case.
“We are getting back the confidence we have been lacking.”
He said the EFCC was facing a major problem with regards to accommodation, and there was a need to have an Academy equipped to international standards.
Speaking during the visit, Sagay urged the EFCC not to relent in carrying out its mandate of ridding the country of economic and financial crimes.
A statement by the Head of Media and Publicity, Mr. Wilson Uwujaren quoted Sagay as saying:  “The common interest of Nigerians is at stake, because corruption affects everyone, and we have the same objective, therefore you can rely on us to give you support in all ramifications,” he said.
He praised Magu for rejuvenating the activities of the anti-graft agency, Sagay noted that there was still much more to be done.
“The energy you have brought in to the activities of the EFCC since your assumption of office has encouraged us, and we want you to continue to do more,” Sagay added.
Re-echoing the views of Sagay, the committee’s secretary, Prof. Bolaji Owasanoye, spoke on the importance of securing convictions in cases involving high profile individuals.
“We commend you for your efforts, but there is need to further enhance the good work you are doing by securing convictions in high profile cases,” he said.
Other members of the committee at the meeting are: Prof. Sadiq Isa Radda, Prof. E. Alemika, Prof. Femi Odekunle, Ona Peters, Ola Olukayode, and Olusegun Odesina.

Technology have its own advantages and disadvantages.Many marriages have went south these days owing to the inability of couples to disuse their sim card after marriage and delete their former facebook account before marriage.This have wrecked havock on many marriages especially the females.My view is for new couples to discontinue the use of their old sim and delete their old facebook after marriage.This is a hard descision to make.Disconnect yourself from former admirers or continue to have unnecessary accusations or counter accusations.Your views pls
