Format of the GT Bank Job Aptitude Test

The first stage of the GTB aptitude tests are either administered online, or at their office, and sometimes outsourced to other companies like Human capital partners (HCP) OR Workforce groups.

The Online aptitude test is administered via the GTBANK Talent LMS platform. You will receive login details to your test dashboard few days before the tests. These details are to be kept secure and personal.

GTB Aptitude test sections include:
Quantitative reasoning (Easy / Intermediate difficulty level)
Spatial and Abstract Reasoning,
Verbal Reasoning,
Logical reasoning questions (Including deductive / Inductive reasoning)
Data Interpretation (This section appears for certain roles which require analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills on the job).
