Well.said bro...Southerners...d Igbos...are shooting themselves in d leg...especially in anambra...would place some unnecessary protocols in order to b extorting money from ppl n this in turn discourages ppl from collecting their pvcs...when northerners are registering n easily giving out pvcs evn to underageds....
