Are these people for real? I am Interested in shipping from China to Nigeria.. I can pay my suppliers but I just need a shipping partner to bring it to Nigeria.

I am interested in shipping handbags and shoes from China as madam is interested in starting her own shoe and bag selling business.

Are Mayorall people real? Do your packages arrive in Nigeria intact? There are several scams and mediocre shipping companies going around. Some even open up the packages and steal from them.. I would like to know if they are reliable, as I have had terrible experiences with these shipping partners.

Who has used them? I would appreciate opinions..

Chrisvicmall is giving me issues recently.
First, most of my shipment are always incomplete and they will never get it sorted. Secondly they just increased their exchange rate without informing customers lastly their customer service here in Nigeria is very poor. They hardly sort issues.I myself is on d lookout for any reliable agent!

How about Simplified Logistics.. They have a website.. Their customer service is great. I spoke to them myself.. But their charges are quite expensive.. They said 8$/KG. Although they said it includes clearing. And it's 10-14 days only shipping.

Also, all the complains about chrisvicmall.. Have they been resolved? Or is it only to complain?

Please if your complains get resolved.. Let us know..

Before that. You have to use thier China address to receive your goods, and they would confirm receipt and weight it before you place.your shipping order.

Seriously , this is one very big problem ,I even thought I had the wrong contact ...the lady was showing online and didn't even reply messages at all. I later thought maybe it was because of the time zone , I waited till 2am (+ 8 hours thats 10am their own time) still no response. Can you imagine if you want a 24 hour shipping and your so called agent doesn't respond to you ? really sad bro

Very sad situation, its just one of the basic problems of Nigeria and Nigerians, we can't just handle something smoothly. If one white man swoops in now, and takes control of the business perfectly.. It will seem as if Nigerians don't patronize Nigerian companies.


We're not even complaining of your usual slow deliveries now, or your inconsistent cargo weight measurements. Simple communicating with customers na wahala..


Only God will help us.. I also heard chrisvicmall is trying.. Although lots of terrible reviews about them too, but atleast they seem organised, and you get to receive your package.... EVENTUALLY!! (After months). When you paid for 3 days shipping.

I don't think they're having challenges, it's just the end of the year and delivers are many.. Happens to all couriers this time of the year.

These guys don't know what these negative PR does to them and their business. I am here looking for a shipping agent and I thought I have found one in Chrisvicmall.

First thing that surprised me was that both of their customer services member's phone were switched off. Anyway, I sha created account with their site.

I said let me just check nairaland review and boom.. I saw this.

But again I have to add, not many of these companies are as organised as Chrisvicmall. Most of them don't even have an account that you can create on their site or anything. So it's not like their are too many options if you're a steady importer from China. Most of their problems seem to be communicating with customers. Which is where they lack.

I heard NBC Skye Shipping is good. I tried to get in touch with their customer care both in Nigeria and in China.. The one in Nigeria answered well but was really vague in his replies to basic questions. The one in the China didn't even answer at all even though messages were delivering and he was showing up on line regularly.

Meanwhile the Nigeria contact had told me its the China contact I'd talk to when my item ships to them.

Imagine your supplier shipping your items to an address and your contact in China goes dead on you. Communication is the biggest problems these shipping agents have.

Getting a reliable shipping company these days is so difficult. There are so many of them but none of them is really reliable. It's when you send your package for them that story story will start.. I just wish there is one that's organised and reliable.
