I experienced this or rather the same instability but this is as a result of the frequency used. Change the frequency and it would stop. I believe this has to do with our location or sort of. Funny thing is, I initially thought it was my LNB and hence I tweak, tweak, and twist it, removed and dismantled everything and all over again, but it persists then I thought I should change the frequency which I did, and then...
