In yoruba culture your parents make payment the trainer, they agree on the number of years, on the day of your graduation your parent must buy the equipment for the work your trainer can also dash you money if you impress him or her.
The government has introduced technical schools to make training free.The issue now is that ibos are predominantly traders government will have to use the traditional apprenticeship method to get the youths who are interested in trading.

I remember the drama that happened on the day i wrote my jamb exam at UI over many years ago.A guy was wearing hijab he was disguised as a female. He came to write exam for his girlfriend.He was a student in UI.This hijab style has cast long time .
