My day job is taking most of my time now. Not to worry, I will start the tutorials with those I promised. I have some time at least now to explain how the price action indicator work. So, for users, give feedback and ask questions. will answer as soon as I can. Should have all the time when I go full time by June.

Same here. Rising above 1.6131 will be a good time to buy. Am shorting USD/CHF, with an inverse formation to achieve that.

Am waiting for gold to bottom. This randomness is really crazy.

We have been talking about pivot, Price action... as the most important things to watch out for. Some have requested for free lectures, some paid, and the market is still very whoski for some.

For general good, am dropping my very important component, a price action software. Dont tell me to teach PA, or drop my system. I wont. Nothing personal. Some paid, like I said, it will be very unfair to just drop it.

You can learn price action yourself. Me spend sleepless nights to decode the matter in very simple form, come learn programming online to code my system.

Hmmm. Silent house. Lots must be cooking on several minds. This my very stupid system gave some greens today, shorting GJ and GU. Am done. till 12-2AM. on the morrow side. Plz, wait till the market has a direction. There is always an opportunity to trade.

Good system though. The entry indicator was lifted from ENTRY in FX- Antiloss. This is MBFX system, but maybe by design, timing indicator has been removed. Entry repaints, if am right. you will need the timing part. This system is basically confirmatory to me. PA, pivot and fib. are most important.

Bro i use stoploss in all my trades, automatic stoploss placer, my Gu stoploss yesterday was like 80pips, i let the market run at till now, added more positions from above, and now am dancing alanta, too much profits locked, as for gold, am already 100pips locked, let me see how it goes, if it reverses and hit my locked profits, that means i gained 100pips already, and if it continue to go down, i keep trailing the profits

"Automatic stoploss placer" should be ATR related or software based, if am right. how does it work?

@odiaero: Your set ups are somewhat confusing. Not for me but for the benefit for those persons that we need to help. You scalp. good. Taking sell on GU @.66 level on pivot yesterday, naturally, would leave ur SL on the next level on resistance, which was breached. (Made loses there too, but entered again by 2.AM this morning, as it was consistent with my system.)You did not use SL? re-entered? Knew where gold was going? what parameters? as you did not indicate it in your post.

This is a virtual community. We make things real by substantiating shadows and lending credence to a very speculative entity called forex.

For the new entrants to the erratic business. Keep it simple and stupid. Just identify what works. Indicators are not very helpful. but what option do you have? listen and practice. Nothing worth knowing can really be taught.

Everyone is charitable, from a distance. And I have learnt that self help is best help. Expecting help from persons can only bring disappointment and reduce self belief. I joined nairaland 18th of April, needing to see traders that will encourage me. Having lost millions in mining, had to do a rethink. Had to restart trading that I hated so much for nearly putting me in prison. Am trading for fund managers to raise capital. Mentioned that here and by June, am going full time. There is always something to start with. Just leaving my mid 20's, I think i know all about loses. Picking up the pieces, I dont think I have fared badly. ForexMart, look inwards. Attitude is everything. Can a laptop solve your problem? are there not persons that can help trade your mini account? I can do that perfectly for less. Psychologically, you cant trade. You should not. Leave who get money or not,we no need brag of b4 or now things. all na packaging.

Well, sorry for my boring tale. Just that it bothers me that drifting this honorable house with perceived rift is not the lift some of us need.

Trading is attitude. Stick to your system that has consistently worked. Am still shorting GBP/JPY, like I said yesterday the crowd is always wrong. Am on greens pals. Think I know where GU is heading too.

made some loses shorting USD/CHF @25 pips, left out EUR/JPY after review and EUR/USD has touched 1.2989. my profit far outweighs.

Sticking to my analysis, BUY USD/JPY, heading for 80.50. am leaving other trades for low except usd/jpy

with the floor created in 79.82, USD/JPY should touch 80.50 by Monday. To avoid the large spread on Sunday night, you can Buy Now.

very little to comment here, as its very obvious.

Low time frames will increase your blood pressure. Tonjoan made a comment earlier in the week which I was unconsciously doing. Trend starts from higher time frame. Spend several hours and killed the night researching. Now, am a better trader. these are the things I learn from this family. Not until you know why, when, where for a particular trade, you might not exactly be doing the right thing.
@unclenna, hope it went your way, as you were very determined. but that might not always be right ooo. Since you said you were risking 100 pips, fine. At least, you knew what you were risking.

@Odiero, some were following big brother, until few minutes to the release, you exited without prior notice to your followers. hmmm. advice them pls next time.

Been observing the charts, though am not very eager to trade to, been Friday, with the hypes around the news. Its kinda risky. I would rather keep my pips. Thats my winning ways. After the noise and gra-gra in the market, we know where to wait for it. There is always opportunity for us.

My cosmmentary, as there are those that have not had a good week, is this.
GBP/USD: There has been an elongated head and shoulder formation. On the sell side, if you enter now, TP should be at the 1.0685. that should be over a 100 pips.
conservatively, you will have to wait till it breaks below 1.6155 and you shoot for 70 pips. However, I expect prices to rise up to the area 1.6204 and 1.6217 as more buyers exits to change gear to selling position.
Verdict = SELL

Having understood its habits, waited for the market. It did rise slightly above 1.6200 as predicted around 7:30 AM, 6 hours before the news release as gear was changed. We need to understand this part of forex. People were waiting for news effect, the effect will still play around this habit. Am stepping up the game.

One day at a time. A month time fundamentals would take care of themselves. This is not absolute science, in which we can empirically substantiate. This is a very speculative investment. Work with what the market serves, you dont need to like buying a particular... or selling another... That is emotion. When you listen to too much news, it creates a mindset. If you cannot change your mind, you cant change the world. I can buy and sell on a pair in 5 mins interval. no qualms. All the experts and professors of science still cannot fix the economy. Debts everywhere.
Leaving a trade to touch over a hundred pips can be fun... "men, I made over a hundred pips", but it is exposed to factors you are not in control of. Anything can happen. But there are some trade whose pip value is just 10. but it is very sure, cos, when called upon, u can give every detail and stick to it. that 10 pips is better. the mountain must move. Steady drops of water can create a hole in a rock. It precision and consistence. why wont i use certain lots in certain circumstances?

Your property gets burnt, you run to the barrak, u stay there without trading 4 almost a week, u make it out of kano alive. On reaching ph u go to a cafe, download nd run a platform, but can't log in. Contact ur broker about password issues. He asks u all the security questions nd tell you "Mr Deedee that was ur old password. U canged ur password 3 days ago dont u remember? And ur currently trading. Ur account is fine". Meanwhile u've been at the army barracks 4 a week plus running 4 ur life. Who changed my password?. Or have u 4gotten so soon how naijababe lost thousands of pounds on a trade she knew nothing of. Who placed that trade for her? 1 pip to a hundred pounds. Now thats Hacking at its finest. Am here without a job, house, nuffin. If i don't trade this mini account soon i fear they will archive it. I NEED A LAPTOP OH!.

Please, we all see this market from different perspective and forex is never a straight line graph. Its not linear progression, like some assume.
