The Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, hospitality, content creation, and digital marketing, with the ability to turn our properties and guest experience into engaging content that drives brand awareness, inquiries, bookings, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Wisdom View Homes' social media accounts and online presence.
• Create engaging content, including Reels, TikToks, photos, stories, captions, and promotional posts.
• Develop and execute a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
• Take and edit high-quality photos and videos of our properties, amenities, and guest experiences.
• Respond promptly to comments, DMs, WhatsApp inquiries, and potential customers.
• Promote special offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
• Grow our social media following and increase engagement.
• Monitor competitors and identify new social media trends and marketing opportunities.
• Track social media performance and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, inquiries, and bookings.
• Collaborate with management to develop creative campaigns that generate direct bookings.

Requirements
• Stable internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
• Good written English
• Must be available 2-3 hours per day, 7 days a week
• Have a WhatsApp account
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for hospitality, real estate, travel, or lifestyle brand.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
• Excellent content creation, photography, and video-editing skills.
• Ability to create engaging short-form videos/Reels.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Must have a strong portfolio or examples of previous social media work.

Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will be expected to help Wisdom View Homes:
• Increase social media followers and engagement.
• Generate consistent property inquiries and leads.
• Increase direct bookings through social media.
• Build a strong and recognizable hospitality brand.
• Create content that showcases why guests should choose Wisdom View Homes.
