newacca: My suggestion is that u employee on a percentage basis,and u give him incentive sometimes. Like: A % for d barbershop owner,anoda % for the barber and other % for the shop maintenance.

my friend I most tell you that if truly you want to own your own barbing saloon and get the best from it then it is better to start and operate it yourself.

debeey87: He is right. I was a barber in my ppa while serving. I was lucky my landlord gave me the shop to start for free to pay later.
My advise for you is to start small and expand gradually. dont start planning so big you end up not able to start anything. And remember that quality matters even if you are starting small.

well in this life things work almost defferently for different people i remenber some years back(2003) when my elder brother wanted to run a haircut saloon he has the money but no ideal so luckly for him to have meet some with the barbering skill but no money to start his own thy hav to partner after some month the guy left and my brother contiue today he have several businesses

i thought i was the only one with this problem reading some success book with great. You later realise that some of those principle will not work here , currently i have 4 business plan and 3 wonderful online business plan what i lack is resources i just pray God almighty will help us...
