Go and check statisense on medicine, law, Engineering to know the zone that produces the highest in such courses. Read also in punch newspaper. in terms of development in the east, Anambra, imo, Abia, Enugu and then Ebonyi. You are looking as state devel not just looking at Enugu city capital of the former eastern region.
