Well I personally believe going through the agent's route is no longer necessary as you have all the information you need here. I was ill-informed at that time.

Today being a Sunday and the 1st day of the month, Let me use the opportunity to drop my testimony, (Although it is coming late)

My Canadian PPR journey started around April last year(WES), I was tackling it bit by bit due to cash restrictions. I had some challenges along the line which includes:
Error on my IELTS results, that was corrected when I was about to submit my profile.
I also went the Provincial Nomination Route, and I had to pay an agent at a point.
I created and deleted profiles,
Changed international passport after profile submission.

However to God's glory It all turned into a testimony. I have danced with the passport today and at times I still find it hard to believe that I have it.

My sincere gratitude goes to Zandora for creating this thread and for giving insights at the nick of time. Also my shout out goes to 40ManLappy You are a legend! For those about to start and those en-route, may you share your testimonies shortly! Amen.
ITA = 31st May
AOR=4th July.
MEDP= 26th July.
IP1 = Don't know when it switched
NA2 = Don't know when it switched
IP2 = Don't know when it switched
PPR = 26th August.

It doesn't have to. Based on trend, it is either the email or message in myCIC account. For instance, I got only the RFV mail.

Dear All, Please help out o... I got the PPR mail but my profile is not reflecting the update the only change has been the updated background check which is showing We are processing ur background check we will send you a mail if we need further information. The mail has dropped since Friday... Has anyone experienced this?

Hi Wiskolo, it is normal. It remains like that sometimes even till approval, that is, the stamping of COPR in your passport.

Wura27 shared her screenshot some days ago and it was the same thing even after receiving her stamped passport back.

Hi - I don't think you should worry (much) about this status. I got PR almost two month ago yet my CIC status (as at today) still shows "we are reviewing the additional documents you have provided" and "a final decision has been made". So you see that the updates SOMETIMES really do not show the true picture.

Just give it a bit of time, but if it still worries you then order your GCMS notes

Good morning everyone, Please I am scared o, My status has not changed since the medical update was done. The part that scares me is that a part of the status says "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed" and I was not told to provide any additional documents. AOR is July 3rd. Yes they do check for duplicate profiles but they don't go into details to check for any discrepancies. In my own case, I initially created a profile and then I realised that I made a few errors and I used a wrong NOC so I deleted the profile and created a new one. When I requested for my GCMS notes later, I saw that they wrote that I had another profile which was deleted and they even had all the info that was on that profile.

So my 2 cents is that they'll only go into details to check for any discrepancies if you've previously submitted an application.

2. They wont check your old profile against the new one

2. If i reject ITA gotten and withdraw my profile in a bid to create another, will they cross check the new account with the old profile to see any inconsistency?

The reason for my question is I noticed some inconsistencies in the information uploaded for the PNP account(which was subsequently submitted in the EE pool and was used in getting ITA nomination). I intend correcting this by rejecting the ITA and creating a new profile entirely with the appropriate records.
