Pls,can someone assist me with some cbt centres(around ikotun) dat can effect the COC because the centres i went to couldn't do it(they were inactive ).Pls,how much will it cost for the processing (i have paid #2500 at a bank). God bless

1]Yes and no!..Yes u can choice any of d newly accerdited federal uni as second choice, and no because u cant use an existing federal uni as 2nd choice.
