I have heard of scammers on nairaland but I never knew I will be a victim .

Please beware of those who claim to sell 20 ft and 40 ft container on this platform.
After much discussion and convincing evidence, he Collected a deposit of #110,000 . It was in stages. Although he requested for full payment but I insisted on part payment. First was 40,000 for haulage after which I paid another 70k.

On 21/09/2020, he sent me d receipt of the container and d video that it was already on the way, infact he gave me the drivers number.

Not until later in the day when I called d driver to ask for where they are that the driver said they have being stopped by police. I asked exactly at which location and his voice started shaking. Called Sylvester the 419 guy too and he refused to pick my call. Well d rest is history.
These people have perfected their skills and anyone can be a victim. Pls, beware!

To all MBA investors, I wish to inform you that I got paid my investment due Nov 3rd (Lekki Branch). The alert came at 11 pm last night. Will get to the Lekki office on Monday to inform them and try to find out when the payment for the ROI on Nov 4th will be made. As I always maintain, I will always come here to state the fact as I experience and know it.

Mine is Nov 3rd. Was at Lekki branch yesterday and they told I would be paid that yesterday as they had paid most of Nov 3rd and they eould be done paying 3rd that yesterday. When I returned there today that I wasn't paid, the story changed to "definitely before end of the week". It has been one story or the other since Nov 4th till date.

Nov 3rd investors must be so much. Because they have been on Nov. 3rd over 2 weeks now.

As for me, I don’t mind if I did not collect the remaining 10 ROI. but this one I am waiting for, I need it badly.

At the risk of sounding like I'm "against" MBA it's sad to see the kinds of communications from some of my colleagues. We were categorically told by a rep from the SMT that delays in payments of ROI for each Investor will occur 14-21days after their due date and NOT after 14-21 days.

Please is there anyone here who can tell us the real reason for this delay in payment of ROI? All my calls and messages are being replied with 'please exercise some patience, you will be paid'. It seems the MBA staff are not getting their salary as well, cus one female staff I have her contact was lamenting and seeking for help on her WhatsApp status. But all the same I believe everyone will be paid soon. God will not allow us lose our hard earned money.

We will get paid next year.

Now it’s not ‘payment within 14-21 days period’ it’s AFTER 14-21 days transition period. Something is definitely wrong somewhere.

My brother had his due date as 3rd, and he got his ROI on 14th. Meaning, it will not get up to that 21 days, I believe they asked for that number of days for them not to fail you.

What can I say?! If I was an outsider like you I would have lost faith too. But the truth is that you will be paid. Delayed? Yes. But you WILL be paid. For November. December. All the way to your final ROI. Then you can decide to terminate or roll over. I cannot go into the details of the delay because quite frankly I'm not authorised to. But rest assured you'd be paid.

I know I’d get paid one day , but you know when you’re anticipating for a particular thing. Especially a very important thing like Money. I have been counting down to the 14th day delay till this news of 21days, e pain me gan. I swear.
