Aareonakakanfo: Iya Agba abeg lets stop calling it business. We need to find another name for what they do
The romanis are very funny people and they're very good at packaging their bullch!t
Profshymex/Zimoni, you guys need to see how messed up these characters are. They go to China to make bullch!t
These guys are messing up the universe honestly
They were the ones who changed Tommy hilfiger-Tommy hilfinger
Hugo boss-Hugo buss
Chase deer- Chaser deer
Nokia-Nokla
Samsung-Samsing
Timberland-Tinderland
Then they come here to tell us they're businessmen
It has become so bad that finding originality is now difficult
don't mind them. all for money, I have seen a T-shirt worn by a local (gwari) in Abuja', where the picture of flavour (musician) was on it, but they wrote WizKid on the clothe. iboe man will tell you that it's innovation. |

I don't think there's even cars there. even the fish they used to soak Garri are mostly stolen from the iboes in osogbo |

basilo101: Lol, so there are yorubas companies in alaigbo, so they also ran away from underdevelop yoruba to the most developed alaigbo. continue contradicting urself. everybody move to where they have competitive advantage and ur comment has lend credence to that. now tell ur brodas to stop whining and start travelling now. when u try to ridicule trading and call it 2x2 shop because u are not good in it, we show u what we have achieved with it and how we used to be better of than u, for the average man you are better than who iboes can never be better than Yoruba's. business isn't trading. Yoruba do business. iboes trade. iboes are mostly immigrants seeking for greener pastures. Yoruba's are expatriate. you see the difference |

laudate: Of course, it is small, but at least let them start something. They can always increase the number of houses, as funds are made available or as more subscribers indicate interest and are willing to put down their money for those houses.
Ideally, I would like to see several housing estates constructed in each local government area in every state, within the South-West. Good! the problem of housing in sw can eliminated from the LG level. it's so common in Nigeria, you will always have highbrow areas And low income earners areas. the difference is always clear. not surprised though, it reflects the income of the average man. our per capita income need to increase. |

ekafine: and to [even think that the guy is from osun. let me tell u i served in osun state 3yrs ago, it is a luxury to find a house with an ordinary toilet in osogbo. the place is so rural that u will walk several miles before you can see a house built with cement block/brick. their homes are usually built with mud and thereafter they will use cement to plaster the mud. they are too poor..abeg. very early in the morning you will see them with black waterproof walking down the street looking for where to drop the sh1t they pooed in their houses[/s] ....... coming from a onye nzuzu BTW where in my post did I mention I Am from osun |

basilo101: wrong? Its actually ur untravelled brothers that think SE is shithole and thank u 4 acknowledging Enugu even though ur brodas think otherwise. u beta wake up to the modern competitve world, wen u leave opportunities wasting in ur area others will move in take it, that what oyibos are doing in Nigeria. For example, Peace Mass Transit has opened bus stations in Akure and Ibadan, why? those places lack decent transportation companies. But no eastern owned transport company have able to penetrate Benin and Warri. why? they also have bad-ass transporters such as Agofure, Fair plus, Cross country, Big Joe, God is good, Flight, Fath travel and tours etc sigh . dalu iboes & comparison. to an iboe man, others Are poor because they are not traders. tell me that there's no Yoruba own companies in alaibo waiting....... |

We are good traders. I learnt a lot from my Mom. Haha OK o
but you know, there's differences between trading & business.
fact is the richest Yoruba people are into business (especially the ijebus).

I have been to all geopolitical zones, same can not be said of an average yorubaman you met the wrong person. the only geopolitical zone I haven't been to in Nigeria is NE, or do we need visa to enter alaibo again? truth be told, iboes like traveling to other places All in the name of trading to seek for greener pastures compare to other tribes. I have been to your alaibo, the only state worthy of mention is Enugu. seems you don't get my point. your friends on nairaland make it seem like other regions are shithole And it's not the iboes that Are suppose to be insulting others. |

I have been expecting this kinda post. like I earlier said, I am not a photographer. if you and your people can help us to take pictures of western streets, we will forever be grateful. it's a known fact that Nigeria is a very underdeveloped country, but you and your folks are living in self denial. you make it seem like Igbo land isn't in Africa anymore with the way you downcast other regions. look at it now, our Dubai of Africa can't boast of a 20 storey building why the real Dubai accommodates the tallest building in the universe. |

laudate: I do hope this project would be executed using the red earth-compressed traditional method of building, we spoke about in the earlier pages.
And they should engage good architects that would provide imaginative and affordable designs, not the lacklustre, bland design that characterises govt-built estates all over Nigeria.
They could also use the clay bricks manufactured at Ire in Ondo State to build these houses. don't you think 150 is too small |
