About the Role
We seek a Business Development Manager to spearhead customer acquisition, tailor onboarding, and strategic partnerships during this critical launch phase. This is a probationary role, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments.

We are building a tech-driven fashion marketplace, connecting skilled tailors with customers looking for custom-made outfits

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Tailor Onboarding
Identify, recruit, and onboard tailors, fashion designers, and fabric sellers onto the platform.
Develop strategies to encourage tailor adoption and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build relationships with local tailoring associations, fashion hubs, and fabric markets to enhance platform visibility.

2. Sales & Growth Execution
Drive early adoption through WhatsApp referral campaigns, community activations, and influencer collaborations.
Work with event planners, bridal vendors, and bulk-order clients to expand customer reach.
Develop and execute grassroots marketing strategies to reach early adopters on a lean budget.

3. Feedback & Business Optimization
Gather and analyze insights from early users to refine business strategies.
Track and report customer behavior, tailor engagement, and transaction volume for performance evaluation.

Who Should Apply?

Must-Have Skills & Experience
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to operate with limited resources, identify new business opportunities, and scale a startup.
✔ 5+ years experience in business development, sales, marketing, or startup growth (experience in fashion, tailoring, or e-commerce is a plus).
✔ Deep understanding of Nigeria’s tailoring and fashion ecosystem and ability to engage with local markets.
✔ Experience in WhatsApp marketing, community engagement, and offline activations.
✔ Strong negotiation and networking skills to onboard vendors, secure partnerships, and drive transactions.
✔ Fluent in English and at least one major Nigerian language and Pidgin

Preferred Qualifications
➕ Prior experience running a business or launching a product in Nigeria.
➕ Experience working in a tech startup, e-commerce, or SME business expansion role.

Job Title: Football Data Extractor

Job Length: Probationary 3 months contract with options to renew contract to full time employee based on performance.

Pay: N160,000/month minimum (Salary will be broken down into milestone).

Job Description: Extracting events of each player on the field through video analysis (manual process). Data to be extracted, to name a few such as Passes (complete and incomplete), dribbles (successful and unsuccessful), Shots (on and off target) etc. (a detailed list will be provided). Each event captured will require a timestamp record for visual verification and validation of the specific event captured.

Example: Player 1 made a total of 10 passes in the entire game. Each pass needs to be categorized either as complete or incomplete and include timestamp of the 10 passes captured.

Number of positions opened: 4 to 5 personnel with good understand of football and event identification through video recording of matches.
