Obviously, truth be told, Sec are referring to this same MBA Forex and not any other which I know of. But here is the thing Sec do not have the jurisdiction to close mba Forex or any of the other 11 investment firm listed on their page. And is mainly because the security and exchange commission are there to regulate any firm or corporate companies which are involved in stock exchange, so as to protect shareholders from from corporate heads and most especially from their brokers which are the wolf of stock exchange, because every brokers do not have their client interest at heart. Their goal is to separate you from your hard earned money. Anyway Sec are not saying they are illegal but are warning you they are not approved by them, incase of any losses.

And mind you Sec as no authority to shut anyone of them down as long they are not dealing in the stock markets with people's money. And for the people saying SEC Shut boxvalue down last year that was a total lie. I have invested with multiple companies which are registered with almost all regulations yet turned out to be scam. What I look out for in a company is TRANSPARENCY and MBA as plenty of that. You are actually right to a certain extent though, but on the SEC aspect, the body can shut down MBA if they so wish, in as much MBA operate in Nigeria.

One point you all are shying away from is that, either MBA is into forex or not, in as much as they are not fully registered with SEC, they can be pulled down by SEC so far they operate in Nigeria and with Naira.

SEC once hunt down Boxvalue before the scheme switch to Bitcoin and I think they were not able to touch Boxvalue thereafter since they operate with Bitcoin.

I have been researching on MBA for over a year now. I have attended two of their events in Lagos where they killed money to host prospective investors and their foreign partners.

These guys have really done their home work. You want to talk about Government connections, they have it. A former honourable is one of their Director.
