When people were hailing Arsenal after they trounced Madrid, I clearly told them that this Arsenal side under Arteta isn't good at all. They're very inconsistent. I don't think this new City have the stones to get that done. Many of the old members will leave this summer and it will take time for the new ones to sync. So I don't think they can do that next year.
