Davido who announced last week on social media that he was about to the the proud owner of a private jet has just been called out by a a Nigerian media outlet.

Davido had earlier revealed that the said jet would be arriving Nigeria in the coming weeks but it seems that may be far from the truth.

What happened like a little joke may have metamorphosed into a feud as Davido and Tiwa Savage have unfollowed each other on Instagram.
It started on Twitter when Wizkid announced his search for a sister, a line from Davido’s latest song Assurance.

Davido had replied to the tweet mentioning Tiwa’s name an indication that he was privy to the viral rumours about Wizkid’s and Tiwa’s affair. Read more here

More facts about Davido’s girlfriend, Chioma Avril Rowland have continued to unfold as an Instagram user claimed she’s been disowned by her own parents for dropping out of school.

According to the IG user, Chioma had dropped out of Babcock University to be with Davido and her parents do not approve of it. As a result, they’ve left her to her decision and she no longer lives with them but with some friends.

The meeting between President Muhammadu Buhari and his U.S. counterpart, Donald Trump, showed approval for the Buhari-led administration, Nigeria’s top officials at the meeting said.

Buhari became the first sub-Saharan African leader to visit Trump at the White House for a bilateral talk that touched on security, economy, trade, investment and governance.

Gov. Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun said the meeting was “very fruitful, insightful and successful’’, adding that it was a deep-rooted meeting.

Police through the Flying Squad Unit have arrested a 19-year-old girl, Peace Ansimiire, daughter of Bishop Fred Muhwezi of West Ankole Diocese, Uganda, for faking her own kidnap.

In a statement, police says Ansimire, in connivance with her 22-year-old boyfriend, Julius Atwebembire allegedly faked her kidnap so as to defraud her parents of Shs 3.5 million.

They reportedly intended to use the 'ransom money' to start a craft shoes business in Kenya and later get married when they have amassed enough funds from their business.

The Lagos State Police Command has reported on the discovery of an illegal brewery at Egbe-Afa in Igbogbo area of Ikorodu, Lagos State. Five suspects were also arrested at the scene.

Edgal Imohimi, Lagos State Commissioner of Police, made this known to journalists at the scene on Wednesday.

According to The News Agency of Nigeria, the illegal brewery was producing malt drinks, stout and ethanol which they pumped into trucks to bottle at another location.
