If I even have the 5 I would have gone for tokunbo minibus but since I don't have, I want to get a 9ja used. But I just want to know between belt engine and chain engine which is better?

Why not get a smaller Car for Uber? You will see their thread on this forum. Those mimibuses must have been thoroughly abused before you see the owner putting it up for sale.

You bought a network locked phone. Go and buy chip for network unlocking or just use WiFi to browse. There is nothing else you can do.
