2.04. After 72 hours of successful verification of buyer's irrevocable SBLC via MT760, Seller's bank swift a 2% PB to Buyer's nominated bank account. Within ten to fourteen (10-14)banking days of successful verification of Buyer's irrevocable instrument or Both parties Agreed period. Seller notifies the buyer with the followings:

2.05. Buyer immediately commences loading and shipment leaves for Buyer's Discharge Port.

Within 72hrs of successful confirmation of Q&Q report, buyers bank issues full payment for total cargo to Seller's nominated bank and Acct of All Intermediaries simultaneously by MT-103 (TT wire) according to the agreed master fees Agreement on this SPA. The final title of the cargo transfer is transferred to buyer name.

9. The seller introduces buyer for recharter of the vessel. Buyer and vessel handlers/owners negotiate a one way voyage to his port of discharge.

*INDEMNITY*

If after issuance of MATB there is no prompt acknowledgment to move forward the transaction, buyer pays $250,000.00 as penalty.
If after boarding of buyer inspection team and attestation, And after 48hrs of taking SAMPLE by buyer's Inspectors, IF Buyer's Inspectors FAIL to issue Q&Q analysis REPORT to both Parties within 48Hrs - he(Buyer) would pay $1m as penalty.

We are in very very close contact with a foremost NNPC authorized seller of crude oil in Nigeria. We desire to make contact with key person with access to the authorized mandate of a buyer or the principal buyer of BLCO himself for a successful deal to be concluded. We are looking at a minimum quantity of 2 million barrels to be freshly loaded at bonny terminal and supplied on monthly basis or single deal at the price of $12 less 4 on TTO/TTT GHANA OR TOGO waters

PROCEDURE 1- for term contract
TTO PROCEDURE WITH 2% PERFORMANCE BOND.

1.   Seller signs and seals the contract and dispatches to the Buyer in form of email.

2.   Buyer countersigns the contract and dispatches a duplicate copy to the Seller in form of email.

3.   Buyer and Seller deposit same at their respective Banks.
3B. Seller’s shall email to buyer ATS, and Export documents along with confirmation letter of Bulk Allocation issued by NNPC.

4.Upon confirmation of ATS, Export Documents and BULK ALLOCATION ISSUEED BY NNPC from Seller’ bank,Buyer nominated bank shall issues SBLC via MT760 to Seller’s bank account as the verbiage agreed by both parties bank officers.

4.   Buyer’s Bank Issues a SBLC to Seller's Bank.

5.   Seller's Bank issues 2% PB to Buyer's Bank to activate the SBLC.

6.   SELLER Places Pay Order to Intermediary Accounts in the Contract.

7.    Seller upon Verification and Confirmation, issues Authority to Board (ATB) to Buyer’s Appointed Surveyors and Supercargo at the agreed point.

8.  Buyer’s Surveyors and Supercargo go on board; Supercargo Remain Onboard while Surveyor Collect Sample and come down for Laboratory Test Analysis and release Report to Buyer and Seller respectively.

9.  Seller grants Buyer access to vessel owners through the Agents and Buyer Perfects Charter Agreement, Voyage Charter or Full Charter.

10.  Seller issues the Complete Shipping Document to enable Buyer Process the Full Cash Payment for the Cargo.

11.  Payment is released by KTT (SWIFT TRANSFER) at Out Turn Barrels to Seller’s Bank and

Intermediary Accounts, upon presentation of Transaction Document at the Buyer’s Bank within 72hours of Surveyors Report.

12.  Buyer’s Vessel sails to Discharge Port.


PROCEDURE 2 (for one off spot buy)

1, Buyer signs SPA and issued conditional bank draft of 50m stating that draft can only be cashed after certified q&q.

2, Buyer forward the hard-copy to sellers account officer. Seller position vessel and issue ATB and board Buyer inspectors and supercargo .

3, After successful q&q,bank draft become cash.

4, Q@Q report is released to both parties and within 72hours, buyer, give SBLC for the entire cargo or buyer pay for the product and vessel and seller introduce buyer to vessel handler and buyer rechater vessel and vessel sails to port of discharge.
