The Imo state governor, Emeka Ihedioha, on Monday banned open defecation in the state.

Ihedioha made this declaration at Concorde Hotel in Owerri, during the 2019 global handwashing day celebration organized by the state Ministry of Public Utilities in collaboration with Imo State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (IMORUWASAA).
In addition, the governor ordered the close observation of handwashing activities in schools in the state, for effective adherence to the policy on hand washing.
He said the policy was aimed at improving the practice of hygiene and sanitation in the state.

This is great because although the muted statuses would drop down to the bottom of the section on WhatsApp, it would still be visible on scrolling down. The new feature would help you completely hide the status and it has currently been rolled out for the WhatsApp beta testers on Android.


This latest feature by WhatsApp is available in the WhatsApp 2.19.260 version on Play Store. If you’re an existing beta users, you can easily download this new update and start using the feature. In case you also want to use the new feature, then you just have to enter the WhatsApp Play Beta Program. This feature was first spotted by WABetaInfo, who states that the “new Hide Muted Status Updates allows the user to hide the section that lists all muted status updates, that can be also collapsed”.

Now, in case you’ve already updated the app but still don’t see the feature then you need to back up your chat history and reinstall WhatsApp to get the most updated configurations from the server. However, even if on reinstalling the app you can’t find the feature then it’ll be available to you the next time. An evangelical pastor has been arrested for raping his faithful, after convincing them that his reproductive organs contained “holy milk” which they need for holy healing.

Sobrino Valdeci Picanto, an evangelical pastor from Brazil, persuaded his followers that he practiced his strange beliefs because it was the way he preached the word, saying that his ‘milk’ was sacred.

And this pastor said his reproductives was blessed and that “the Lord had consecrated with divine milk of the Holy Spirit” and of course, had to go around evangelizing.

“He convinced us that only God could come into our lives through the mouth”, a follower said,

“Often, after worship, Pastor Valdeci asked us to do perform oral acts on him until the Holy Spirit came through seed and delivered funds to the church.”

Sobrino Valdeci Picanto, 59, was arrested in Apore, Goiás, Brazil, for raping several women attending his church.



He gave as an excuse that his reproductive organs had been consecrated with “divine seminal fluid of the Holy Spirit.”

Valdecir came to abuse some elderly, and defends himself by saying that ‘he had an encounter with Jesus in a brothel and gave him the mission of spreading the sacred semen throughout the state, beginning with the faithful Apore Assembly, of which he is responsible’.

Denise Pinheiro, delegate of the region, said, “Valdecir was caught red-handed while rubbing his reproductive units in the face of a local merchant, which promised to make more sales in her business due to the divine liquid.

When we acted Valdecir offered no resistance and even asked if I wanted to be part of the kingdom of heaven on the way to the police station.

Alhaji Tanko Yakassai, a northern politician famous in the second republic politician, has appreciated the efforts of the presidential election petition tribunal in the case between President Muhammadu Buhari and Atiku Abubakar. Yakassai said that the verdict of the tribunal on Wednesday, September 11, put to an end to the arguments and petitions about President Buhari's academic qualification in relation to the last presidential election, The Sun reports.

A report by the Transparency International (TI) has said Ghana has been rated as the second most corrupt country in Africa, followed by Nigeria, with South Africa perceived as the most corrupt nation on the continent.

The Corruption Perception Index (CPI) noted about 71 per cent of people living in Ghana saying corruption had increased over the last 12 months.

The report revealed how people on the continent perceived their countries as far as corruption was concerned and what their leaders were doing to minimise the unpleasant act.

It noted that the act of corruption was so endemic that all the respondents wished that the leaders in their various countries would acted swiftly to end the canker.

Most governments across Africa were also seen as failing in their duty to stop the abuse of power, bribery and secret deals.
The majority (58 per cent) of Africans in the surveyed countries said corruption had increased over the past 12 months.

A Russian man who tried to rob a hair salon ended up as the victim when the female shop owner overpowered him, tied him up naked and then used him as a sex slave for three days.

SEX WEBSITE CRASHES AFTER FANZ GOOGLE ‘EAGLE’ POSITION

Love island viewers caused a sex website to crash due to an influx of searches for the “eagle” position.

In the second episode of this year’s series, the contestants took part in a challenge which involved guessing which “juicy secret” matched which Islander.

During the challenge, it was revealed that Islander Curtis Pritchard’s favourite sex position is one dubbed “the eagle”.

The revelation sparked the curiosity of Love Island fans, many of whom instantly took to google to discover exactly what the position entails.

The phenomenon led to “the eagle” becoming the most searched sex position on Google, according to Love Island‘s official Twitter account, in addition to crashing a website called “sexinfo101.com”.

In case you’re wondering, (we know you are) “The Eagle” involves one partner lying on their back with their legs spread apart, or spreadeagle.

It’s said to be similar to missionary but with the person lying down having their legs wide and in the air, rather than straight and flat on the bed.

Don’t get Banned by Whatsapp

WhatsApp has announced through an FAQ post that it is temporarily banning accounts that use third-party versions of the instant messaging app, such as WhatsApp Plus or GB WhatsApp. The Facebook-owned company said to continue using WhatsApp, users will have to download the official app. It even provided steps on how to switch back to the official app, with instructions on backing up chat history before migrating. The third-party apps are popular among the users as they tend to offer features that are not available in the official apps.

In an FAQ post, WHATSAPP said altered versions of the messaging app are developed by third-parties where the company cannot validate their security practices. These unofficial apps violate the Terms of Service clause of the official app, it added.

“If you received an in-app message stating your account is ‘Temporarily banned’ this means that you’re likely using an unsupported version of WhatsApp instead of the official app,” the company wrote. “You must download the official app to continue using WhatsApp,” the post noted.

As we mentioned, WhatsApp has provided detailed steps for users of WhatsApp Plus and GB WhatsApp third-party apps to migrate their data to the official app. “Please note that we can’t guarantee this will be a successful chat history transfer because WhatsApp doesn’t support unofficial apps,” it added. In case users are utilising a third-party app separate from these, they are advised to save their chat history before migrating.

The accounts have not been banned permanently, although users have been advised to back their chats up before making the switch. If users are utilising the official WhatsApp app, and were still banned, the company says it was because the user violated its Terms of Service. It also points to this help article – which mentions users who feel their ban was by mistake can appeal the decision by emailing the company.
