Your first problem is you think you are more holy than someone who masturbates, while your righteousness is like filthy rags before God. Any issue you fail to realize is that the same bible you are quoting says that "now there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus" Rather than condem, why not admonish by talking about the love of Christ for all no matter who you are, especially for those who masturbate and watch porn for these are the people Christ came to save.
