elantraceey:This is one of the reason our workforce in this country is pulling down the goals of an organisation to get achieved within a specific period. HR Professionals/Hiring Managers need to re evaluate their recruiting skills before it's too late. |
Chelsea, Man utd and Arsenal losing show the world would soon come to an end. |
elantraceey:Do you even know if she has been fasting, didn't eat well in the previous days or an ulcer patient?. Yes circumstances happen that put an employee in a position not to eat which occurs on rare occasion ( it's not deliberate) but using this criteria to judge a potential employee is quite wicked. |
MaconAwire:Bro, I am equally perplexed like you when I read the story. For crying out loud, why would a recruiter judge a candidate based on her starving stomach knowing that they were the one that caused it by delaying her. Some organisation judgement to access potential employees is horrible. As for me, I totally disagree with her HR friend author=elantraceey post=64678428]I believe it was done to test her patience and focus on her objective, she didn't go there to eat but to get a job, if refreshment was initially stated as a part of the interview then it won't be wrong.Madam, this method to test her competence is archaic and seriously flawed. She might pretend and eventually collapsed during the interview session. On whose account would that read for. She didn't do anything wrong |
A young lady was invited to an interview for an entry level role. She arrived at the venue exactly 10minutes before the scheduled time and was asked to stay at the waiting room. 40 minutes later, a young man worked into the waiting room and apologised to her for the delay. He explained to her that the head of HR is trying to resolved an issue with an irate customer but will be with her shortly. An hour 30mins later, the young man came back to apologize for further delay. This time around asked her if he could ger her lunch. Apparently this young lady was hungry and could no longer bare it. She accepted and a sumptuous meal was served. She ate to her satisfaction but in the process got her white shirt stained with oil. Not long after she finished her meal, the head of HR sent for her and immediately the interview began. The first question she was asked was "What happened to your shirt" She explained and the interview continued. At the end of the interview, she was told the usual "we will get back to you". When she got home, she narrated her experience to an HR friend. Her friend told her it was wrong to have accepted the lunch as it could be used against her during decision making. Do you agree with the HR friend? Source: HR Forum Africa Post On LinkedIn Lalasticlala |
MhizzAJ:You are more than this madam. He might have taken this picture after a long day of tussle and brain storming projects. |
I am indifferent about paddy adenuga's media propaganda, painting him in a derogatory way but people who have worked with him closely when he was the acting chairman of glo made positive remark about him. This is someone that is solely behind the idea of per seconds billing in telecom business and responsible for strong staff welfare in globacom then until some wolves deceived his father to believe paddy is reckless in resources management. The company ought to have been bigger than this but see where they are till date. I read his article keenly and what I deduce from it is an enthusiastic, intelligent, assertive and dogged young man who is an inspiration to Nigerian youths who are particular about achieving what is not achievable. He might have loss the deal but for the courage he had put on coupled with the contacts he made will give him an edge when next an international bill comes up. Some people will say, if not because he is from a rich home... how many sons and daughters of billionaires are so enthusiastic like him? |
suckprick:Alright. Their 2g/3g is messed up but 4g?? No way! Very smooth for me. |
suckprick:I don't think u have used Glo 4G network before which I am currently using. |
Those blaming Glo should ask NCC and the clueless Minister of communication campaigning instead of focusing on making data affordable for Nigerians. They don't want people to protest hence why they are going secretly to threaten these telecom firms |
Ogbelewu ooo! Wetin we no go see finish for sex doll story |
Firefire:In as much as I detest some of the things this administration is doing, one needs to read and understand a simple story before throwing unnecessary tantrum. Are too naive or u have difficulty to comprehend this article. I am scared of Nigerian youths because they don't know the difference between A and O. |
Honestly these are times I regret being a Nigerian. The problem of this country is human disaster. |
Bruno! He swept 6 Grammy awards. Well deserved |
chukzyfcbb:Rihanna's diamond almost hit a billion views before 57th or perhaps 58th yet wasn't nominated. It's not about views on you tube alone... I know it's crazy but to me it's 2nd most deserving after 24k magic. I made a mistake as regards song of the year, I have edited it. Between Kendrick lamar's humble has won 3 Grammy award so far ( Best Rap Song, music video and Best Rap Performance) |
AntiBrutus:Dstv channel 419. Between I don't like BBN show. Currently watching 60th Grammy award via live streaming. |
AntiBrutus:What happened to your moniker? |
EniHolar:Eniola, Thanks for the analysis. I read it on m.goal which somewhat tallied with your view. Which football club do you support? ![]() |
akashi01:I am talking about record of the year not album of the year award. Story of OJ would win song of the year... Well sure but Record of the year, doesn't deserve it. I would say it time and time again |
Kingsirko:Its looks abnormal and fertish to me. ![]() |
paradigmshift:I won't be surprise to see JayZ winning it too because sentiment don enter the Grammy sef. Kendrick lammar deserve am for best rap award but for record of the year award, common bro, Bruno Mars (24k magic) deserves it hands down |
Am sure that guy head go dey smell like burnt bush meat after e comot the barber shop ![]() |
Rigel95:It was his life not yours. You wearing new clothes...... let me just stop here |
Am only interested in 60th Grammy award about to primere' in few hours time. All I want is 24k magic to win "Record of the year". Story of OJ (Jay Z) and kendrick lamar no deserve am. Even despacito beat their songs hands down ![]() |
EniHolar:Okay. You seems to be a football fan. If you would rate the team performance, what would be your rating? ![]() |
EniHolar:Are u watching the match? |
ipobarecriminals: I swear u no well. God forbid o! Not that I am condemning as I am not perfect but I just can't. |
UjSizzle:Madam, Sorry you had to go through the emotional trauma courtesy of the disgruntled pastry joint. I have heard similar cases from friends and family about their management theft to customers. If you have someone well connected that can be a reference to you in court which ofcourse I expect you to do, kindly sue them because at this point they would use evidence against you that there is no proof to show you were robbed in their retail outlet. Do not say I leave this to God. Do not spare them. You must take a bold step to bring justice as they have to face the law this time. If this situation happens in the cultured environment, the organisation may be charged $1 million to pay the culprit. This is your moment young lady. Charge and let them pay you a fine of N5million. This would be a lesson to their shameful attitude |
Seriously this man's desperation is stench to the heaven. He shows no tangible idea is present in his brain. He only swindle on situation hence take advantage just like he did in the past but he failed and he would continue to fail. |
