From my own understanding, once your buyer protection period elapses, your case is OYO. My suggestion is; massage the seller (to extend the protection period) once the buyer protection period gets to 2weeks or open dispute

Paypal was just reintroduced back as a form of payment on aliexpress,but 98% of sellers dont accept it yet,upon check out,if you see paypal logo as list of payment options,u can use it,

My own paypal paymeny includes almost all online shopping sites,aliexpress,gearbest,bangood,ebay,amazon etc,all na form of online payment
