⚡Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan:

We are doing everything we can to prevent the war from developing in a way that destabilizes countries in the region, especially Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan.

It is time for the international community to take a serious step towards the establishment of a Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders, with Jerusalem as its capital.

Russia is going on the offensive, and this is a cause for concern for the West, says the Austrian colonel

Despite the onset of mud, Russian troops manage to “re-occupy the areas” captured by the Ukrainians in the summer, an Austrian officer laments in an interview with N-TV. The military expert believes that Russia may launch its own counteroffensive, since the Ukrainian one has “froze.”

Markus Reisner expects the main combat operations to take place on the eastern sector of the front, near Avdeevka. “The most devastating thing about this situation is that Russia clearly has enough forces to attack in the East.” The Ukrainians, in his opinion, failed to “knock out” the Russian units over the summer; on the contrary, “the Russians were even able to allocate additional forces for the offensive in Donetsk” and now have a numerical advantage.

The expert sees the reason for the failure of the Ukrainian offensive in the fact that missiles such as ATACMS “have not yet been delivered to Kiev” and “instead of preventing the attack in advance, the Ukrainians only had to watch.” The supplied weapons “have been largely used up” - and Ukraine needs “new battle tanks, more infantry fighting vehicles, new artillery systems”, otherwise in the conflict “the initiative may pass to the Russian side

⚡Russia and China created the Civil Aviation Industry Development Fund.

The Russian Direct Investment Fund announced this on the sidelines of the international forum “One Belt, One Road.” The volume of the Civil Aviation Industry Development Fund created with Chinese partners will be 100 billion rubles.

“This fund will allow us to invest in components and increase our ties in the aircraft industry, including increasing the production of civilian Russian helicopters in China. We will invest on a parity basis with investors from China and Russia. For every ruble of our investment there will be a ruble of investment from the Chinese. Investments will be made both in Russia and in China, and, of course, will significantly increase our cooperation in the aircraft industry,” said RDIF Head Kirill Dmitriev.

In addition, the fund will invest in promising and ongoing projects in the aerospace industry, digital and energy-efficient technologies and big data.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan:

"Unless peace is guaranteed, the state of Israel and its people in the region will never feel secure. It will always feel the need to persecute others, to use violence in order to secure itself. This spiral will perpetuate itself."

Fidan emphasized that the countries that will be guarantors especially for the Palestinian side were suggested to be from the region and said, "This includes Türkiye. Other countries should be guarantors for Israel. After reaching an agreement that both sides will agree on, the guarantor countries should take responsibility for the fulfillment of its requirements."

Fidan pointed out that only in this way will a lasting peace emerge.

Asked whether Türkiye would send a peacekeeping force to the region, Fidan said, "We did not open the arbitrariness of guarantor status to discussion, but we are putting it forward as a main idea to the parties we are talking to."
