Barbaric, uncultured, inhumane and uncivilized, these words and many more have painted the ever increasing gory spectacle and nauseating act of public executions in our society.
There could have been a time where we expected such acts were taken out of a movie or so but th at is not the truth, jungle justice is here to stay and perhaps one would think this act is surely an answer to the menace been posed by the criminals but that is not the case like insects mesmerized by the intensity of the light which ironically spells their doom, crime rates keep topping the charts just as the nation’s respective security agencies are finding it had to keep a lid on the issue hence such acts usually go unnoticed or are even considered as worrisome but I believe we should be worried if not for the fact that the due process of the justice system is been boycotted each time a mob decides to get a spare tire or a block carelessly lying around to commit this act but for the fact that the set of people who carry this act out do this without some sort of remorse or after thought our fathers, mothers, sisters , brothers ,children and friends consumed by so much hate and grief at that intense moment that they are willingly to cheer and jeer as the gruesome act is carried out.
There are a lot of red flags to be raised in the cause of jungle justice because while it satisfy the masses urgent need for justice they are certain the justice system will never give them it however acts like a band aid to a cancerous wound which keeps getting worse say, instances where a gang member and killed is one among many cases to consider whereas the due process of the law would provide preliminary investigations which would lead to the possible arrest of his or her cohorts and expose various other important details or are we to turn a blind eye to the fact innocent blood have also been shed by the public owing to mistaken identities or false accusations ?
The fact remains that jungle justice is ineffective to combating crimes, the crime stats have not for once reduced because someone was publicly executed in fact I dare say that such acts may even fuel senseless or extreme violence perpetuated by criminals as some sort of repercussion not to talk about the psychological effects such acts have on those who are unfortunate to be in such gathering, I mean such gory scenes could in fact give rise to the next serial killer.



Jungle justice should be out rightly frowned upon and discouraged, desensitizing the public about the need to let the due process of law be carried out is necessary and the need to impose stricter punishments regarding jungle justice.
They say condemn the sin and not the sinner and whilst it would feel better for most of us to swallow rocks than listen to such when it comes to criminals and their crimes, it is important that we know that one crime does not make up for another.
While many of these criminals deserved what they get we must understand the need to respect law and order, many of whom have lost their lives to this act are in fact individuals who under the right circumstances can be beneficial to the society at large, we must ensure while we try to correct the wrong doings of others that we ourselves do not do this wrongly if not we will be no better than them.

Something happened to a close friend of mine, I want you guys to read and listen and give me your suggestions on what you think.

Okay I went to see my guy yesterday and his girl called if she could come over and he lied he was not around which is strange because my guy on a normal fit chase me comot for e room once e hear say e new babe is around.

Now I was about to ask when he opened up, hear is what he said.
He recently gifted this his new babe some expensive shoes, he says his aunt sent for her sister unfortunately it was not the size so the aunt told the sister she would send another, so he took it as an advantage once he realised it was a match for his babe and bought the shoes for peanuts from the sister over the week and gave it to his girl.

Now here is the problem, three days ago he said the sister called him to tell him about a dream she had, that she dreamt that a girl came to attack her and the girl came to attack her wearing those shoes but she was able to fight the girl off and then the girl ran away, this is what got my girl thinking, he called his girl a day after and asked her about the shoes if she liked them and guess what his girl said, she said she had given them to someone that she didn't like them again.

He claims when he gave her those shoes she was happy cos it was an expensive brand now suddenly after his sister had that dream his girlfriend now claims she has given it away.

Bros Don dey fear say e don put hand for strong matter, he says his sister has a strong spiritual life and he thinks his girl is not clean.

I would have loved pour out all I'm going through but posting about personal issues can be really boring to some people and also, some might think this is some sort of competition cos of the rate at which people speak about their ordeals lately. I have done something really terrible which I personally go crazy anytime I think of it to my mom. All I feel right now is depression, anxiety, unhappiness and frustration that I'm afraid I may do something crazy. However, I'm in need of a serious advice and counselling from concerned people. I'm willing to let everything out... I NEED HELP, I'M SO GOING NUTS!!!

December 2018, a boy in my neighborhood who is also like a relative started making some savings with me, unfortunately that was the time I started betting as well. I used to be very trustworthy when it comes to managing people's money that's why he entrusted his money in my care.

Betting later got the best of me, I used part of the money to bet, that was how this ordeal started. In the quest of refunding the money I used on betting, I kept losing the more. I lost up to 90k before coming up with a lie of how the money was stolen in my forex trading account but I promised to refund the money.

While trying to refund the money I kept losing the little I had with me till I got hold of my mom's bank account, this started around October last year. I kept using my mom's money and the loss kept accumulating. I was able to recover the loss on my mom's bank account before 2019 ended. Now to 2020, the boy kept asking for his money, I had to return to using my mom's money again as I had no other hope of getting the money.. how I wish I had told my mom about the whole thing when it was still amendable. Fast forward to today, I have used virtually all my mom's bank savings from betting to forex trading without her knowledge.

When she noticed about the error in her account, I had to lie I helped her fix her account as she doesn't make withdrawals from her account  cos she's a trader who doesn't use her bank savings for her business.. I'm finished now, I lied to her the duration of the fix is 4 months and she's expecting the money with return by August ending.

Together with the money I owe the other boy, I'm in over 600k debt... I seriously don't know how I got here, I wish I can turn back time, I feel drained... I don't know what to do with my life, I feel like I have failed the woman who has always shown me nothing but love and care. I failed her, I failed the woman who has always trusted me to be a good son.  I even had to lie to her! Each time I think of telling her about everything, I get sick. I can't keep on going this way.. I just want this to end. I'm really SAD

Get a family member or preferably a pastor or religious head who is considerate or close to her such that she respects ,you are not above mistakes so you made a bad one.

Tell them they can be more than one tell them the truth and beg them let them come see your mother,and tell her.

Also go look for the boy and explain to him things, go look for a daily job or a monthly job that can help you start paying or remitting something bruh someone close to me has lost 2mill to this foolishness called gambling he paid off the huge debt that threatened his life and his family for years last year so to trust me you can do it.
My fear is gambling is one stubborn addiction , will you. Be able to let go after you have learnt your lesson?

Have you even bother to ask what happened to those before you lol in that position lol my dear this is the order of things to come.
