They already built underground hangars for the jet.
They already received a few units.

Why would they do all that and receive all that for stuff they haven't paid for and Russia didn't say was being delivered?
There are payment terms for deals of this nature.
To date, I can't find any report that the lack of delivery was caused by payment issues.
If you have access to one such report, please share.

It's the typical fluidic crap Putin has been pulling throughout his Presidency.
The only reason he is insisting on a permanent resolution in Ukraine is because he knows the security establishment will not accept anything less and if he tries to force it he'll pay the ultimate price.
Prigozhin was the warning.
Else, he'd have already signed a Minsk 3.

Go look for Putin statements during the recent India-Pakistan conflict.
India is a long-term permanent ally.
Even when India was saying mediation was not yet on the table. Putin, who is supposed to be India most powerful, dependable ally was ranting about being a mediator. Couldn't coordinate on simple messaging with an ally from Soviet times.
End of the day, both sides ignored him and Trump did the mediation.

We're having a replay with Iran.
Bothsidesism is repulsive.
Pick a side. Stick to it. Or stay away.

Russia is building reactors in Iran.
Iran is currently enriching uranium for the existing reactor Russia built in Iran.
Russia is now talking about selling enriched uranium to Iran.
After failing to supply jets Iran paid for.

Tell me if that makes sense.
It is not even about betrayal.
It is about whether anyone above the age of 5 should be reasoning this way.
That enrichment statement is silly, no ifs, ands, or buts.
